Grossly underrated band
Ive heard atleast 20 different Live performances of this song and each one is unique but all are amazing! The lyrics are next level.
Dude is a Stevie Wonder-level lyricist and musician. No joke, I listen to a lot of both and hear a ton of parallels.
Agree 100% with the God among men comment. I listened to Blues Traveler all the time as a kid and was and still am such a huge fan of the band. Never did I, at that young age, though, know, to what extent, John's range and technical ability was and is when it came to signing. I had an idea of his harmonica technical ablility, but always took for granted what I was hearing when listening to him sing. Well now, about 30 years later, and a musician myself, I can understand and appreciate every note he hits. Especially in his live performances. As stated above, John Popper is a God among men, and I take peace in knowing the fact that his music will be adored for many a generation to come. Tip of the hat to you Mr. Popper.

Dam 27 years ago already and I was there at Shoreline in Mountain View that night ( seems like only yesterday in some ways ) , awesome show !!! Popper kicked ass 👍
