Have You checked a hanger. Maybe it's not straight. Even if it's a litle crooked there would be a problem with shifting. If get new hanger You should adjust H and L screws another time
@@krissz9607 not yet, i bought new one as a spare to be able to ride and started fixing warranty claim with sram and distributors. I will put next video as an update how did it end up
well, you are supposed to buy the 3000 EUR version that came out - AXS is old tech! Didn't you know? Meanwhile, I'm on shimano cables and have been running the same cassette and derailleur for 7000 KM

This products have the support clutch which moves in, to avoid damaging if you havent notice :) What happen to me is just bad luck, i saw waaay harder smashing this think without any damage.
I wouldn’t call this an extreme system failure. Yeah it sucks, but you can totally get home on half a cassette. Looks like part which actuated the parallelogram slipped with the actuator causing it to not go to the highest gear, this explains it shifting below the smallest cog.

The bicycle that starts moving in a gear that corresponds to the terrain can be called safe only. This is easy ua-cam.com/video/qprII2Y-dGA/v-deo.html
Extreme failure is the typical result when bashing things into rocks.

You can not fix that anyhow, so it is extreme if the product is brand new and maybe 20h ridden in total 😀
