I have personally owned three of these machines and I also read the Founder Wilson's book. The only reason why I owned three of them was because I was moving very far between places, but if you buy one you'll own it for life. The machine is indestructible the whole thing is held together by one bolt and the Steel is super strong. Get the free weight attachments or pipes that fit from a Home Deept --- the machine can hold 500lbs of free weights..... and try and get the attachments because they're really good. Great pull-up bar, great dip bar, and the pec dec is excellent. Particularly the second-generation one that goes over the top of the mainframe. I'll buy another one as soon as I settle down in another house.

A Soloflex Rep once told me that simple economics was the only reason they stopped production of this WONDERFUL machine..... Since the company has always been small and family-owned, it simply wasn't prudent to keep making the Rockit (lower body) when their original Soloflex (full body) was outselling it 3 to 1. .both machines were offered at almost the same price, and buyers were simply trying to get the most bang for their buck. If you can locate one on Craigslist, Ebay, etc., SNAG IT!!---you will thank yourself FOREVER!! I finally found one on Craigslist, and am THRILLED with its GENIUS, unmatched effectiveness and simplicity . Rockit is truly the single best fitness purchase of my life.....perhaps Soloflex will resume production someday. It is SO worthwhile, and really should to be re-introduced to the world.

@Zo Kay + MEN AND WOMEN ALIKE, I DO CALVES/HAMS/GLUTE MACHINE EXERCISES AT THE GYM AND 15MIN OF BIKE..I WAS DOING THIGH MUSCLE BUT I'M STOPPING THAT FOR 6 MONTHS, I GOT A WEIRD ACHE ON THE SIDE OF MY RIGHT KNEE..STARTED AFTER A TON OF WALKING LUNGES I DID THIS ONE DAY WHILE THE GYMS WERE CLOSED..STILL HASN'T GOTTEN BETTER, SO I'M JUST TAKING IT EASY FOR NOW...I'LL STILL RETAIN MY LEG MASS LIKE THAT
Whatever happened to the Armchair Quarterback? Any promotional videos for that one? Those are *way* harder to find than the other products in the Soloflex line... but it was the best one imo...
