Thank you much for talking about the back. We just had a professional ballet dancer who used to do irish dance come in and explain the relationship with your arms shoulders and back and it was really helpful. It was good to hear other people talk about it as I only started hearing about my back like a week ago and I don't know anyone who really talks about that.

I heard once that they kept the top body still so the nuns didn’t know they were dancing. Really don’t remember where I read that 😆
