Absolutely. I'm continuously go over the ones you did 3 and 4 months ago.

I hope you guys found value in this video! Thank you for the constant support!
I use ATAS and Seirra for footprint charts and orderflow tools.
What's the diff. between this and reading open interest data Umar Bhai!?
Can you compare Footprint to Bookmap.
From what I read; the Footprint charts show information about volume, but not liquidity. So if many more traders are hitting the “market sell” button than the “market buy” button, an FP chart will provide this information. But this doesn’t necessarily mean there is a market imbalance. It may be that sellers are selling into a huge pool of limit buy orders. If so, these limit orders will be invisible to a trader using a footprint chart.
Second, because FP charts do not show liquidity, they suffer from many of the same problems the DOM does. They do not show if a big institution or a large number of traders has cancelled limit orders. Without this information, traders may fail to understand why the price is behaving the way it is.
ATAS is beautiful, just not cheap

You're the real king of the market. I've been learning the markets for years now. I have never met a guy like you. Thank you so much for your lights.
I'm halfway through this and I just want to say, this is the best explanation of footprint charts and related info I've ever listened to. Clear, easy to understand language on something rather complicated. Thank you!!
I've been at this trading thing for over 27 years and there are SOOOO many videos that just make me roll my eyes and move on. But I always find something of value in yours. You're articulate in your explanations and you're providing information which others wouldn't want to share. Keep it up.
Hey quick question. was 2023 a hard year for trading or easy. It's my 1st year. 53% win trading small position for one year. R of 2.6 and I'm profitable. I'm extremely conservative and I wait for my set up. I finally got my stop loss figure out and I don't get kicked as much.

Yes, Omar said the printers should be used in conjunction with something else like a demand or supply zone. That’s how I use them. I also use them for range areas to see who’s taking control ; buyers versus sellers, to predict the next move.

How to do i get footprint chart for Indian Stock Market?
@@ammararshad9635so what strategy are you using?
This video completely revolutionized my approach to trading! I've been solely relying on Candlestick charts, but after watching this, I see the power of diving deeper into footprint charts. Understanding the interaction between buyers and sellers on such a granular level is a game-changer. Thank you for shedding light on this crucial aspect of trading!
Every point you talking is very accurate.. I have watched probably 40-50 videos about Foot print (I am currently using) and you covered everything in one… thanks Umar…
Where can I get the foot print chart
yh where do you even get live footprint charts?
which software are you using and i want for forex pairs where should i get it please tell me
So much value in one video alone, but because is free most people won’t even take the time to look at it. If you incorporate this to your actual strategy the odds will increase in your favor.
As a Price action trader I was always marking my key levels and watching price action behavior on those levels until I decided to take the trade. From that point forward it was a “gamble/hoping” move that the price was going to continue in the direction I chose. But when I incorporate the order flow now I could be certain “up to a certain point” who’s in control and where the price will be heading.
Just by knowing who’s in control the odds now are inclining I’d say 75/25 in my favor (because at the end the market does what I wants) only thing we control is how much we can loss.
Halla to my boy Umar and thank you for the free knowledge. I appreciate you!
Foot print chart isn't the holy grail. As Umar said, just because the auction is done doesn't mean the move is done or vice versa. It's no different than a lagging indicator. It gives you more info that may or may not be helpful in making the fast moment trading decision.
@@jameslinmd like I said, “if you incorporate this to your current strategy” and use it as a confluence, tool might be helpful.

Becoming a good trader takes time and patience. When i first got into trading i was liquidated twice, and lost my entire mortgage deposit. I could have given up, but decided to learn how to trade and put it into practice. 4 years later and i am glad i made that decision.
My portfolio has good companies, however it has been stalling since last year. I have approximately $200k stagnant in my reserve that needs growth.
This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $800,000.

i have been trying to grow my savings and i wonder which is better the stock market or forex trading
Not offering any particular advice, but I can assure you that most stocks still have growth potential. Re-distributing is not as hard as many people think it is. Ordinary investors lack the requisite level of diligence, so having a financial advisor on board is usually highly beneficial. In the market, this is how people generate enormous profits.
I agree. Based on my personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $385k in a well-diversified portfolio that has seen exponential growth. It's not just about having money to invest in stocks; you also need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have the strength to hold on during market fluctuations
Thanks for sharing your experience! I’ve been managing my portfolio myself, but it’s not working out. Do you have any recommendations for a good investment advisor? I could really use some help.
My CFA, Judith Lynn Staufer, is a renowned figure in her field. I recommend researching her name online; you’ll find all her credentials and everything you need to work with a reliable professional. WHICH TRADING TOOL IS THAT? IS THAT TRADINGVIEW OR EXNESS? WHICH TOOL IS THAT?
14:27 the 10:15 candle has a buying imbalance of 355 to 36 at its low, that is almost a 10 to 1 ratio (meaning 36 fits inside 355 almost 10 times over).
That is a very high ratio (industry standard is 3 to 1, the higher the more potential importance)
Then the 10:20 candlestick had a buying imbalance of 438 to 70 at its low (4+ to 1 ratio).
Finally the 10:35 candle had a buy imbalance of 166 to 9 at its low (15+ to 1 ratio).
The earlier buy imbalances at lows were the first signals followed by sellers not able to push price too far down after they managed to take out those lows.
The buying was clearly being rewarded in the 10:35 candle & entry could have been taken as soon as it took out the 10:30 candle high or more conversatively when the 10:40 candle took out the 10:35 candle high
I'm assuming atas allows you to highlight imbalances based on the ratios you choose, not sure why you don't use them
Maybe I shouldn't have shared this lol
There is more too it though
I look to price action 1st which is based on candlesticks, then I use the footprint for confirmation.
Price action is king
thank you for explaining that.
Finally a genuine commenter. I'm new. Should I concern myself with footprints or stick to analyzing price action through candlesticks? Maybe footprints later on down the road once I've got price action mastered?

My question is : How do you gestionate the money -> let's say that you have 100k $ in USDT in bybit , you make your trades ecc. , after that how do you store the money? in crypto in different wallets , you buy assets , cash out the money in fiat and hold on your bank account. These are the things i would like to know. i hope we will get a video about that.
I love your contents so much,

I think the order flow can change at any moment - meaning you see an order there and then all of a sudden the order is removed. It would be MUCH better to show the history of all of your trades. To see how your looking at the order flow and the bids and asks and the agressive actioin intermpretation compaed to the passive order interpretation actually worked for you. Most people will get it right about 50 50 or 60 40 so that to me means there is no strategy that really works- what works is you are looking at set up that when they do work the reward is greater than the loss.
Not really, that only happens when you are looking at Level 2. Footprint charts are an order flow based tool which visually represent already executed market orders, not limit orders to get filled. The only place where orders get removed is from Level 2
@@oskii100 thanks for the explanation but in that scenario you are basing current decisions are very recent order executions. Where can one see the history of your specific trades the buy price the sell price and the buy times and the sell times. Would love to see how that order execution trading compares to just looking at the daily 2 minute chart and trading in the 2 x 4 wma direction

I've just begun learning about investing, and I've found that many good crypto assets & stocks are undervalued despite their intrinsic value. If you had $200k to create a strong investment portfolio, which stocks would you choose for better returns.?
As a beginner trying to invest you should have a good investment portfolio featuring three essential elements: ETFs for diversification, dividend stocks for cash flow, and leading tech stocks. With your budget, talking to a fiduciary financial advisor would be a smart choice for expert advice

Question big bro - when price is trading at demand (or supply) how do we know passive buyers (sellers) are stepping in if the number of executed orders stays relatively thin? Is it just a matter of price not going anywhere? For instance, in the part where you covered the increase in selling activity at demand, price didn't move (indicating passive buyers were stepping in), but the number of executed buy orders at that level stayed thin. Any help is appreciated and thanks again!
Because the passive sellers/buyers don’t operate within the bid or ask, they sell or buy only at certain price levels. If there’s an indication of aggressive sellers or buyers on the bid or ask that isn’t getting respected then passive buyers are usually joining the fight against the aggressive sellers especially if delta indicates there are more aggressive sellers than aggressive buyers
hmmm "passive sellers/buyers don't operate within the bid or ask" is a little tough for me to get behind. Passive sellers/buyers will (even if for a split second) show up on the DOM and I'll acknowledge that their presence can and will push/pull prices but, orders (passive via DOM or aggressive at the market) should reflect on the footprint, which should then tie to total volume. I'll give it some more thought but I sincerely appreciate the response! @@exachi49

Engaging in active trading versus long-term investing requires distinct strategies for maximizing returns. Active trading involves frequent buying and selling of securities, aiming to capitalize on short-term market fluctuations. On the other hand, long-term investing focuses on holding assets over an extended period, leveraging the power of compounding.

I was getting frustrated by knowing there is more data and different ways to look at the data than I had my hands on. Then I realized that even that what I had access to, I wasn't using smartly enough. Order books, changing the scales, I don't know how I was so stupid to not think about it earlier on when planning buys and sells, to just at least forego a slightly lower or higher price to catch a lower filled bid has saved me more this week since 'figuring' it out than the last month of my intro experience to this wild west. This what you are showing looks like to answer that even further.
Just I am still thinking that to really do this, smartly, more tools and more data and API set up for trading and assessing entry/exits. It was fun at the beginning but now its time consuming with the low funds resulting in low gains even if gains. Relative to hours spent... yeah... lets see... just a matter of learning more and more. Has me regret putting any money in in the first place until I have my tools and an actual strategy - first mistake, even enjoying it is emotion, best to keep it out of the game ;)
Hey Umar,
Good day!
the only things which contradict is the trading volume or auction theory how to determine if that numbers are originally belongs to buyers or sellers.
Eg. u can see there are sellers and buyers at each price. now in each price in each transaction there are two methods. buy does not mean it's a buy order and that could be profit booking which will also show as buy only. that creates confusion.
similar way if we can see sell numbers.. that does not mean sell is coming for sell initiations or sellers booking their profits.
tails with wick on it and trapped sellers and buyers are major dominators for easy identifications to see sometimes matches with no auctions at tailed ends and creates POC at wick...those majorly helps...
other than that to me it was a bit confusing... even the FVG in order is way more different then FVG of candles we see....
I would be more interested to know how you determine POI. If you can emphasis on that would be great....Cheers mate...
