The whole front makes much more sense in a sports car than it does on a hatchback. Those front lights are to squingy for the golf. Just a small detail, i think you made the back wheel a touch bit small. Besides that, good job.
At least in the two American countries I've lived in, (Canada and the US) I've never heard of nor seen the VW Arteon. It's nice looking, but in my opinion, his redesign looks like a very modernized Scirocco or Corrado from the early 90's.
I thought just the same when it was sketching it, at first I though he would go more towards the old concept vehicles, with living space only in the center…
Every test has shown that the new Golf R goes from 0-60 MPH in 3.98-4.03 seconds in reality. It’s power and acceleration are way underrated from the factory.
Am I the only one who needs this redesign but from the rear three quarter view? Love this one, Marouane! I didn't think it would work at first, but it really does! I would just preferred you kept the original (or at least VW OEM) wheels.
Awesome design. I guess it should be called the Golf SS (Super Sport). But it still looks like a front-engine Car though, because the hood is not low enough. The only thing missing is a tail spoiler. However, the original rims looked better. These rims look aftermarket. By the way, your permanent hatred for door-handles have not gone unnoticed.
This was a great video and the redesign turned out surprisingly good-looking. It’s weird because it looks like a golf until you look at the golf and then the difference is striking. VW should think about hiring you (; …could you do something like this with a fiesta hatch?
The last Scirocco was just nothing more than a Golf with a new body. So a new Scirocco R with elements of a Golf, would literally be just a new Scirocco R. As long as you aren't speaking about the body of course.
I like that you love the Scirocco it is design-wise the best car volkswagen made in the last 20 years. And im lucky enough to own one. I wish VW would make a new Scirocco 😍 but one that is not completly focust one the finacial aspect... They need more emotional focused cars they had them in the past and thy were their most legendary ones. Like the Beetle, Golf GTI, Corrado, Scirocco,...
Nice work it really looks nice. You definetly got the SUB. Plus I have to say here in Germany the GOLF is overly used as a 4 door hatchback. We rarely see them as 2 door coupe hatchbacks.
Hey man can you take the Nissan Skyline and make a Ford style version of the car? I know it's weird but Ford has trademarked the Skyline name in the US.
Very nice idea bro it's like à tribute for the Volkswagen corrado but for the design i think if Volkswagen made a supercar it will be something like the concept xl sport
Im going to say an interesting thought exercise, but not the way I would go. I would much rather see a Golf R Supercar as a Super-Sleeper. Something less flashy than the GTI Mid engine W12 one off. Having it AWD would solve much of the handling and traction problems the W12 had. I think having it 2 doors, mid engine-ed but still looking like a regular Golf R for the most part is the way to go. Something that wont attract too much attention, but could spank more expensive super and hyper cars.
can you please do a 1970 Plymouth cuda given that Plymouth is now defunct i would love to see what this beast of a hemi would look like on the road in if made in 2021/2022
Very Cool Render! Too bad VW will never have the Cohones to actually put something like that into production unless maybe in the next few years but it will probably be electric or hybrid!
Looks like a 1st generation Scion tC. So did the concept at start. So does the EQS. So does the new impreza/WRX. So does a Tesla model 3. I'm pretty sure every car does 🤔
Better than I imagined! That rear gives me a strong Murcielago vibe👍
Well Lamborghini is owned by Volkswagen so I wouldn't be surprised if this shape went into production
@@ranbirbhatia1585 O ok
Toyota Celica
vw corrado rear end
I was thinking more of an R8 vibe
You've made the 2021 Corrado. Well done!
The whole front makes much more sense in a sports car than it does on a hatchback. Those front lights are to squingy for the golf.
Just a small detail, i think you made the back wheel a touch bit small.
Besides that, good job.
I agree 100%.
This drawing could pass for The next Corrado in my opinion..
I was thinking the same thing
Yeeep
sooooo essentially you just remade the VW Arteon but as a 2door coupe (available in germany idk if its available in amerika)
Still it look really good
At least in the two American countries I've lived in, (Canada and the US) I've never heard of nor seen the VW Arteon. It's nice looking, but in my opinion, his redesign looks like a very modernized Scirocco or Corrado from the early 90's.
VW recently started selling the Arteon in America, or atleast in the USA as far as I know
I thought just the same when it was sketching it, at first I though he would go more towards the old concept vehicles, with living space only in the center…
There is no 2 door coupe version of the Arteon
@@Nino2202. thats why i said HE made a 2 door coupe version ik that theres no 2 door.
Every test has shown that the new Golf R goes from 0-60 MPH in 3.98-4.03 seconds in reality. It’s power and acceleration are way underrated from the factory.
I LOVE this redesign! It makes me think of an up to date Scirocco/Corrado. Fantastisc!
I think this redesign makes so much sense because the new Golf R's features resemble so much those of super- / sportscars.
heyyyyyy! please turn the Gaz-21 series 3 into a retro SUV. please, Bembli. I'm tired of asking, please do it. please, just one car
I think that’d be cool too :)
Am I the only one who needs this redesign but from the rear three quarter view?
Love this one, Marouane! I didn't think it would work at first, but it really does! I would just preferred you kept the original (or at least VW OEM) wheels.
Congrats, you’ve made a scirocco that’s looks awesome 🔥 send this to vw
Would love some interior design vids
It really looks like the Cadillac ELR, aka Doug Demuro's least favorite car.
Nah the ELR is very tall and bulky, the proportions are more like a Prius
Who cares what Doug D thinks ... he s not Chris Haris .. or cammisa .. or sth ... ... not a car guru for sure ...
Very nice. Almost like a modern successor to the 90s Corrado.
Probably my favorite redesign yey
Awesome design. I guess it should be called the Golf SS (Super Sport). But it still looks like a front-engine Car though, because the hood is not low enough. The only thing missing is a tail spoiler. However, the original rims looked better. These rims look aftermarket.

Everything you said is exactly what I’m thinking.
@@KayJblue It is a great looking concept though.
That looks way better than I anticipated ngl
I, too, wasn't expecting this result. Well done!
That's an insane VW, but...we NEED an update version of the BMW E46 M3
Beautiful job! Well done!
It looks like a Cadillac CTSV!! Good job!!!
Something close to the Rs7 body shape , nice job!
It looks good but I wouldn’t call this super car just looks like a coupe version of a lowered Jetta or something
I thought that I gonna like supercar Golf, but it seems that that iconic design works the best as a hatch.
Really nice! The rear reminds me of an updated Corrado! My favorite VW of all time!
That looks amazing!!
That’s way cool haha. The rear quarter kinda reminds me of the Audi A5, good look
I got A5 vibes too. Shame about the wheels though.....
Love it this design so much! But i see there next gen of scirocco
He’s gotten so bad at this. He made a Cadillac lol
I think a vw coupe like this will sell for sure!
I think you've just redesigned the VW Corrado, Sketch, l like it a lot, great stuff 👍 👏
Many cars that you might not expect to be hatchbacks are hatchbacks, like the Jaguar F-type, Tesla model s, SUVs are hatchbacks too.
I'm confused. Didn't you say it was mid-engined? Maybe a four banger transversally in front of the rear axle? But then where are the air scoops?
Definitely a YES!
This was a great video and the redesign turned out surprisingly good-looking. It’s weird because it looks like a golf until you look at the golf and then the difference is striking. VW should think about hiring you (; …could you do something like this with a fiesta hatch?
Nice creation
Or they could just make the scirocco R with elements of the new Golf... simple

@@cinimini4854 the original Scirocco was a Golf with a new body, it was always a more sporty Golf from the beginning.

@@cinimini4854 well, you've said it all mate... i really dont know...but there's an idea

How has no car company hired you yet, you got some serious design skills! Btw this design was a 11 out of 10😁
I always wanted to see a Golf R as a Supercar.
Thanks for doing it
Vw nardo was a beast
What a beauty the W12, it’s so german! Still a very good looking car today.
now,the side views it's more looks like an Cadillac CTS-V ,anyway great job man !
It looks sooo good🔥🔥🔥
C pillar with the window cut could look great
I'm impressed. An American spells coupe as coupé, like it have to. The others only say coup!
Not bad. This should be the redesigned Scirocco R.
"Just in my opinion, I think..." - SketchMonkey normally
"However, if you choose any color *other* than lapis blue, you're wrong"

That screams corrado concept
Very nice 👍👍👍
You should do a Bentley blue train modern redesign it would amazing 😍
May I suggest a little bit of positive rake in the stance if you can? I think it really improves the aggressiveness of a car.

i was going to do this type of thing, but with the cc’s styling
Nice you just made a jetta
Well Done!! Beautiful👍👍
Do this with a GR Yaris
This looks like a great design for someone to make a one off car
Im going to say an interesting thought exercise, but not the way I would go. I would much rather see a Golf R Supercar as a Super-Sleeper. Something less flashy than the GTI Mid engine W12 one off. Can you redesign the Peugeot 306??
Speaking of the scirocco, what do you envision the 2022 version to look like if it followed the current golf and polo design language,?
VW Group should take your sketch and call it...Audi TT!
Personally, I think the rear lights shouldve been lower a big to preserve the exact same lights in the back. I really love the look of the tail lights
Hey @SketchMonkey : what will Chevy’s new Camaro Electric Sedan look like??
Love it! Maybe apply it to the xl1 as well?
kinda looks like the cadillac coupe thingy
eyyy u turned golf to arteon congratz
Make the Scirocco i would be pleased 🤘🏻
This is the Audi R8, great deal man!
Thats a great design. It looks like a mid engined 400z.
This can definitely be a new carrado
but what would its powerplant be? i was thinking of a diesel v12 cause that would be the first production diesel super car.
Nice. What about making a 2022 635CSi (E24)??
love it but i feel the rear hatch was a bit lazy, great job I could only wish for your skills
TheSketchMonkey how about designing the next generation VW Beetle or a modern day Porsche 356?
I'd like to see a redesign or modernized version of the Chrysler conquest
Add a spoiler to the back, it might look even better
I see Cadillac cien in this design
That is also a vehicle in old gran turismo games
That's one sexy concept. I don't understand why you don't get hired by a car manufacturer.
Nice audi tt you made there
You made the new Sciroco lol
I'd like to see a new Corrado, that rear end wouldn't be far off...
XL1 vibes
can you please do a 1970 Plymouth cuda given that Plymouth is now defunct i would love to see what this beast of a hemi would look like on the road in if made in 2021/2022
Might I refer you to the 2014 XL Sport Concept?
Congratulations, you've created a Volkswagen version of the Cadillac ELR.
Tbh I think the VW Arteon R would be slightly better shaped into a super car, that front already has a Supercar vibe imo
Very Cool Render! Too bad VW will never have the Cohones to actually put something like that into production unless maybe in the next few years but it will probably be electric or hybrid!
If only they made this into a new Corrado...😍😬
This could be aplied to scirocco or corrado it would be awesome🔥🔥🔥
Can you do a Redesign/modernization of the 1969 mustang boss 429?
That's crazy
bro your blunt's burning out
Maybe Arteon is better choice as a start point for this ...? I think it would be interesting...
If this is a mid engined concept where are the air intakes for the engine?
WOOOOOOOOW!!!!!!!!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
