Started wildlife bird photography at the age of 10 in 2014, watching this exact video still feels amazing and exciting as it used to feel the first time❤
Chris, you are as adorable as your photography! To travel to Africa and click those amazing photos and videos are one step up from the norm! ❤️❤️❤️ your work! Hugs from Canada 🇨🇦 !
I've been looking at the growing trend towards Canon, but having seen this fantastic video (thanks heaps Chris!), I think I'll stick with my old and trusty Nikon! :D
Beautiful photography of people of a culture that is in danger of being "modernised". You appear to have a wonderful relationship with the Himba people.
True world of Pros means that if you have only the money you are out of game. If you have only talent, you are still out of game. So unfortunately we needs both. In my case I didn't get money so I will never know if I got talent. But for sure I am a passionate ! Good job Chris ! You got everything
This is an amazing video, Chris. You are very lucky to do this Job. I wish I can become a professional wildlife photographer like you! Keep up the good work :)
Which gear do you use please ? What is the product reference of the circle that hold the long lens please ? Does it allow to shot both horizontally and vertically ? Thanks !
Hi Hermes, I shoot on Nikon and you can see my kit on my blog site here - www.cmphoto.co.nz The circular flash mount is from Really Right Stuff. Good luck with your photography! Cheers, Chris.
Great video and better pictures! Congratulations! I have a question: the circular adapter that has mounted SB900 flashes with "Beamer Flash Extender", sold well or you sent to make ? It's a very good idea!
+DAS9081 Hi, the circular adapter is a product from Really Right Stuff and is terrific, google their website for other mounting and bracket solutions too. Cheers, Chris
They're called flash extenders and depending on the brand can run from about $20 to $75. I use the magmod version, which while it's on the higher end, is really nice.
Im 15 and am starting out in wildlife photography. I know a bit and am petty good for my age and have a d3500 with a sigma 70-300 dg. Should i upgrade to a d7500?
+Tomi Tomion The gear is not cheap but you get what you pay for :-) I have never had any trouble travelling with it in Africa but you do need to take care :-)
Finally, a real "pro photographer"! all the talking heads on the Tube are "wedding photographer/singers.." that really not real photographers just a bunch of losers.... Thank you for the video!
0:55-0:57 "i'm gonna get those great wildlife bitches" lol!!.. inspirational video, i love nikon.. where do they get the background music from? pls tell..
