@samuelwallace2782 At. Best. He was acknowledging that the IDF/Intelligence service might actually blow him up for criticism of Israeli policy they reflexively call "antisemitism" and miscast as "terrorism." FYI, you **might** be shocked to learn that the former US secretary of Defense Leon Panetta (who has also been director of the CIA) flattly considers Israel's pager attack to be pure terrorism. Apparently the assertions that these pagers went to "bombers and bomb makers" ignore the fact they they in fact instead (or at least more so) went to the equivalent of public servants who keep the power on and the water flowing in southern Lebanon. That's not my opinion but a former SecDef and **CIA chief** ffs. Does anyone think such a person to be squeamish or to have ANY sympathy for *actual* terrorists???

"The left also exagerrates" is completely true though? They call everyone they disagree with a nazi/fascist, a sexist, racist or transphobic. And those labels are far more damaging than being called communist or woke. Very few companies will fire you if people call you a communist lol.
And you're lying about "the real victim is the right", she never said that. It's no secret that Emily and Saagar are conservatives so obviously their job is to balance out Krystal and Ryan's emotional hysteria.
Yesssss
@ mah
They're not upset that he went over the line. Not upset enough to ban him. Banning him is just virtue signaling and victim theater. Yea, it was a little offensive. And it didn't seem like he had much to offer anyway. But banning him is just grandstanding.
The AIPAC beepers going off with cash register sounds. 😂
Ain't that the truth! They should send Mehdi a thank you card!
Holy shit... This and BP comment sections are truly drenched with right wing trolls and apologists these last few weeks...

You don't have to apologize for him! He apologized himself but you guys wouldn't accept it.
The guy said “ I hope your beeper (does NOT ) go off “
Mahdi -“ he’s threatening to kill me “ and “ he’s racist “
The guys sarcastic joke was stupid , but come on . People just want to be professionally offended .
It actually is that serious. he thinks supporting Palestine is tantamount to the IDF targeting you as a terrorist and you are a valid target to be blown up.
This is exactly what it means.
Yes, it isn't like random citizens are being blown to shreds in this genocide.
People like you probably make jokes about this.
Innocent people are dying, people call out the violence and get labeled Hamas supporters. While you cover for a genocidal maniac, Netenyahu, who also hides behind his religion. You people disgust me.
@@apex9806yes. Just how medhi and the whole rest of the panel thinks that going to a republican rally makes you a literal nazi.
Reminded me of that guy in Seattle city hall who said his name was "Hugh Mungus" to a Black Lives Matter activist and her overreaction went mega STUPID viral.
Maybe someone say to that guy, 'maybe you like gas chambers'.. is that acceptable joke?
What a shame. A great line like that should not be followed with an apology....
That guy said something stupid, he should own up to it and be ok with the consequences…..can’t defend it.
He said something that made a good point. CNN's biased was exposed by kicking him out.
His mask slipped.
What did he say that was stupid? It was a good quip right?
@@deadgolfer6345 Oh yeah 💡Ryan’s clearly a fan of Tony Hinchcliffe’s brand of 💩 comedy
Emily would absolutely be saying the exact same thing if Mehdi were telling Ryan "I hope your festivals are safe"
No apology needed. Just present Middle East news accurately
That sort of rhetoric only works if the other person isn’t right in front of you. He’s honestly lucky he learned this lesson by being embarrassed on tv instead of getting merked in a parking lot.
Medhi was spending that segment calling people Nazis but he's outraged when he's called a terrorist? He's a hypocritical bitch who can dish it out but can't take it.
hope your beeper doesn't go off....
So it is ok to call people nazis but not terrorists… got it
He was called a Nazi.
Is anyone going to point he was calling Republicans Nazis right before being so offended by the beeper joke .
People ignore that point
He didn’t. He said you don’t wanna be a called a nazi. Don’t hang out wit nazis 😂😂
Dude said "i hope your beeper DOESNT go off"
He was calling him a hamas supporter, not wishing death to him.
Think what you want of the comment, but be offended at what he said. Not what you wnated to think he said.
LOL you must stick your foot in your mouth a lot buddy 😂😂
He "jokingly" called him a terrorist. Hezbollah militants, the terrorist group from Lebanon, were the ones whose beepers exploded.

sickening that Emily thinks threatening people is "entertaining".🤮 then refers to it, REPEATED, as 'joke'...genuinely sickening.
You know America is cooked when telling someone you hops they blow up in the midst of a political discussion on tv is just a 'dumb joke'.
He wasn't saying that he hopes they blow up. He was pointing out that people will call Hassan antisemitic or pro hamas just because hes pro Palestine, but hassan sees no irony in calling all trump supporters nazis
@samuelwallace2782 Womp womp!
@@natalieroy4849 OK, Natalie, tell me where he said that he hopes Hassan blows up.
@samuelwallace2782 At. Best. He was acknowledging that the IDF/Intelligence service might actually blow him up for criticism of Israeli policy they reflexively call "antisemitism" and miscast as "terrorism."
FYI, you **might** be shocked to learn that the former US secretary of Defense Leon Panetta (who has also been director of the CIA) flattly considers Israel's pager attack to be pure terrorism.
@samuelwallace2782 We all know what the beeper comment meant and you playing dumb makes you look like a fool.
Emily trying to compare calling those against Genocide “terrorists” to those who espouse “trans healthcare” is one of the dumbest things I ever heard 😂
He called him a N*zi and then purposefully misinterpreted the meaning of what he said. Mehdi dished it out and then cried "bully" when his target reponded. Mehdi looked so whiny.
Correct
I’m confused. I thought he said “I hope your beeper DOESNT go off.” Wouldn’t it only be a big deal if he said he wished it does go off?
Emily is drinking from Saagars cup this morning smh
Oh homie, you got it completely backwards.

She's 'both sides-ing'........
Srsly, we have MAGA gaslighting people “no guns on January 6th” or “the economy was better” meanwhile Democrats are… what could be as bad Ronald Reagan’s milquetoast Fascism, or Trump’s full-blown neo-Nazis? I need to know because the Overton window just means the Republicans did it indirectly. I would say DNC saboteurs of progressive candidates are the worst but she thinks that’s a good thing.
Darkmatter2525 just did a terrific job on “the truth vs the narrative” on the cult of MAGA rewriting the past as all religions have. Normally the videos are bible critique on the subject history, logic, and morality.
I feel like Ryan was really holding back the word “garbage” while speaking about people to the right of him… which is like everyone.
So CNN will not EVER have a full sided discussion. Their audience is too scared to hear words….I’m not Maga but this controlling speech that drives Americans mad….
Keep that same energy when they criticize white people.
What are you even talking about? The guy falsely accused someone of being a terrorist bc he wants the bloodshed in gaza to end and then called for his death. Thats not part of a full sided discussion. Its despicable behavior and he deserved to be kicked off the air.
They can have a full sided discussion if they can get someone on the right who isn’t a toddler or fscking insane.
The right used to have though leaders who weren’t morons like Bill Buckley. Go back
And watch the Firing Line debates.
But the right wing has turned into a populist carnival of barkers who exist to dazzle and griff low IQ low info voters - MAGA.
CNN had their first entertaining segment in decades. Ryans comment was amazing. Mehdi has said significantly worse things prior to 10/7, and he deserved the comment.
Get offa Ryan’s nutz , yuck. We got him outta here.
I can't help but think the environment for this type of rhetoric was created by CNN itself, he wouldn't have said something so disgusting if CNN hadn't spent the last year normalizing this type of language, look how absolutely shocked he is that these statements are being met with any kind of pushback.
I also think that if this had been said by someone like the head of the ADL those same outraged panel members would have stood right behind him.
Very well said. The liberals that screeched in Mehdi's defence were by and large the same liberals that said exactly the same shit to Rashida Tlaib.
