i am so happy that i came across this channel. I have been struggling with stress and with food being afriad that i gain weight which i did after all, but your channel made me realise that life is too short to worry about how much do i weight and that weight is just number and not how my body looks like. Thank you so much Linda. I wish for everybody that are struggling with these things that you will realise soon that you shouldnt be so hard on yourself and if you love food is ok to eat it and that the number on scale is not the way your body looks like.
