I love my tp9 SF Elite. It was the first weapon I ever bought. I have more Caniks and now the Mete SFX is my range gun and the Elite is my EDC for 4 years now. Great investment
@@dougsmith2658, my TP9SF Elite probably 3 or 4 thousand rounds thru mine, maybe more, I tend to loose count over time ...just took it to the range last week and dumped another 50 thru it ..Federal 124gr fmj , 100% functional ...
bought my TP9SF-Elite about 6 years ago and it's been 100% flawless .... I'm keeping it ... the only way I'm getting rid of it is if someone gives me $500 for it ...
Good thing they’re $450 at the store everyone can afford one and you can keep yours 😂 I just picked one up to be my carry gun gave my wife my tp9SC elite
@@josephfoster5593my next one for sure is going to be a mete. I like how there’s more options. I have been seeing people having issues on that TTI combat
@@Pewsociety yeah guns like the TTI combat I personally don’t really dock it too many points for reliability issues because you aren’t going to carry that gun, it’s essentially a race gun. If you are ever in a situation you would need it you probably have a rifle as well. And in a SHTF scenario I’m carrying a gloc because those will probably be the easiest to find spare mags and parts for.
I did change my sights out for Truglo pro's. Absolutely awesome sights. The glow from the sights are great.. It lowers the profile and makes it even more accurate
No discussion about.. 'Is it worth it?' The Elite is a great (non-optic ready) pistol. To be found online for $350-400 it IS worth it. YET.. The upgraded version is the METE SF.. Same exact size with updated frame and slide AND optic ready is night/day better. Red.. You had a superior grip and recoil control.. Great shooting. Oh.. And the trigger gets even better with the METE line. Don't shoot the Rival... Unless you want to be F-ya addicted
I think i saw this one in a pawn shop for 330$, plus tax. But i just wanna have something in my truck, and something to go shoot with friends. I aint getting no highpoint or compact compact.
I’m hoping someone is able to help me out! I’m looking at getting this firearm but naturally I find it severely difficult to find a good left handed iwb holster for the caniks, and even more difficult to find one to compensate for a flashlight or optic. If anyone is able to help me out I would greatly appreciate it😊
So this one is pretty versatile for either a left handed or right handed shooter. There’s a good amount of videos of how to swap the mag release to make it fully capable for a left handed shooter. This one here doesn’t have an optic mount, but the sights are still solid. The other newer one is the mete which comes with a optic cut out as well as a ambidextrous slide release
Make a leatherholster yourself. Fits like a glove, doesnt scratch the finish and you can set it up for your specific build. For me still the best thing to give to your gun. Wetwelded leather will never let you down and wont break because it got too much sun, its too cold or any other circumstances. May be oldscool but old is not always bad.
I have one. It’s 100% reliable and has a perfect trigger. I put a light/laser on mine and keep it for home defense. Much much better than the Canik TTI Combat which fails to fire 20% of the time. The TTI isn’t good for defense, range, or anything else. It’s s POS.
@@CadeShimek because it sticks out there is no indent for it you have to search for the red dot if there would be an indent you could easily line it up with the iron sight
I finally picked this one up and took it to range right out of the box. I shoot 200 rounds without a single hiccup! Very accurate pistol.

I’ve been eying the mete signature series Miami midnight as well as the sfx rival

I have 2 canik’s the triggers are amazing and they run soooo smooth
Everything that said is correct about this side arm.
Just bought one today with a promo code for less than $400!
I have the same one. I’m thinking about getting the new one that coming out in April
I have this exact handgun and love it. I got mine about 4 years ago.
keep going!
hi guys!
Need more Canik in my life.
proud of you fellas! did he just say whaaaaaa

May just have to do just that
Same and I have the freedom smith trigger
Love the safety on display
Just bought one for $360 and for the price you can’t beat it
Would this be a good beginner gun by chance I have a Glock 23 gen 5 as my first didn’t go as well very snappy to me thinking about buying a CANIK
It definitely would be. With how smooth it shoots right out of the box, it would be ideal or any of the canik firearms are great too.
What are good light bearing holsters?
