Hey Raman, correct me if I am wrong, I think you have incentive and inducement the wrong way around in - "What is the difference between an Inducement and an Incentive? I am about to take my fundamentals exam and in doing some final study and review with your great content I came across this and thought I was mistaken but then in another video of yours its the other way around? Thank you for the great content, you've helped me out a great deal. Thanks Zac
Hi Zachary, The information in the video is correct. Incentive is offered by the brokerage to bring business (listings) to the brokerage and inducement is to close the deal
hey just started the course I was wondering if I should be taking notes of all of the units? and also are we allowed to use the ebook on the final exam? I only have 6 months to complete everything
Hi there, You do have 6 months to complete the preparation. Regarding the notes, it depends on how you study and what method suits you the best. Our Notes are focused and summarized and covers the whole course. They have helped a lot of people to have a grasp of the course in a better way. So, it depends on what you really need. Also, you are not allowed to access the e-book while writing the exam. If you have other questions, feel free to get in touch with us. You can call us on 587-936-7779 or write us at support@albertarealestateschool.com.
