First and most basic is ask the seller what cymbidiums he/she is selling..2nd look for the leaves...if the leaves are narrow they are most likely to be heat tolerant (broad for cool cymb)..then the flowers...small flowers for heat tolerant, and big flowers for cool cymbidiums...
@@ganh222 i suggest just get one plant to test it out...my cymbidium are on growth stage right now...the HT are not that hard to grow i think they do well for you...
Depende po sa laki ng bulaklak at dhon...kpag po maliit ang blaklak at manipis ang dhon heat tolerant po sila..kpag ung malapad at malaki blaklak ung cool growing po...

Sir can I use rice hulls instead of coco peat?

.i usually give them once a week aside (during blooming month) dun sa slow released na nka lagay...
So they bloom only cooler months ie in winter ?
In my case here in the Philippines, yes...when the drop of tempterature start...around rainy days...august to december...

Different mix of media po gmit ko sa mga cymbidiums ko...60% cocopeat, 15% garden soil, 10% perlite, 5% bark, hydroton, cocohusk..
