Don’t discourage our brothers from pursuing. There are many biblical examples of men of valor pursuing their wives and there is nothing wrong with that. We need to allow men of valor to take their rightful masculine roles as the heads and we need to walk in our femininity and stop trying to control everything!

This is biblically correct, but many church men love wretched women. Godly women have a standard of which a lot of men don't want to meet. Therefore, they are overlooked by many men.
Amen! So many men want a woman who will have sex with him on Saturday night and sit next to him on the church pew on Sunday morning. You would think that men would realize that a woman of quality will not compromise her morals for him. Instead, they'll pass up a woman practicing purity and marry the woman who's willing to please them. Then after they marry her, they wonder why things aren't working. They don't realize that by defiling the marriage bed during courtship, they give their marriage a poor foundation.
Why are you concerned with that, if that's the case you don't want him, he's not for you.

I am aware of a current happening where a fiance tells his fiancee that wedding plans should be put on hold till he sees his fiancee is best friends. With his mother and sisters. And gave a clause that if she pretends to fulfill the condition and he finds out in marriage, he is not sure what he will do to her or the marriage . This female client who is the fiancee decided it was over. Because she has gone through so much with the guys mother and sisters even before the last straw that broke the camel's back. Amen, Pastor Jerry! Timely wisdom about pursuing. I just met a beautiful lady recently that has really impressed me , and this teaching will really help me pursue her the right way. I love the part about washing her in the Word, and protecting our purity until we get to the altar. The men in our churches really need to be taught this so that we don’t think with our flesh, but we think by the Spirit! My desire is to be a Kingdom Man, and this message will help me do that.
