Talking in regards with the question Mughals were invaders who came to the sub continent and ruled whereas Runjeet Singh was the son of soil so he respected and hired people from every religion and protected the continent and its people. Secondly Capital Punishment was very common in Mughal era whereas it is totally forbidden in the Khalsa Raj. Very fair justification of Runjeet Singh is given by Sir Baalwala as it is exactly the same in the Sikh Records

Christian France has been attacked multiple times by the Christian Germany, but France never ever iconised German invaders or Hitler. Seems Pakistanis are hugely a confused lot struggling with the slavery mindset of iconising the foreign invaders whilst overlooking the great heroes of their own land.
