I usually pick up taco bell with mine, I feel the smell of chalupa increases his food drive.

Thank you for the information. My ball python would not eat until we switch to live. She hasn't missed a meal for almost a year.

Great video. My 2 snakes were not eating. I finally finished building my snake rack. I put my snakes in the rack. Waited a week for them to get use to it. They are slamming rats and mice again. I also gave them a couple doses of the DaVinci Boa supplement before putting them in the rack. So I think both changes have made a significant difference. Love my rack. It is so much easier to keep clean than the terrarium I had my male Pied in. Thanks again Austin for all you do. I am still looking for Ultramels.
When I do find one, it sells really fast. Hopeful there will be some for sale at the October reptile show in October here in Tennessee.
    Until the next video, ✌.

It was brutal. I changed the layout in his enclosure, bedding type, adjusted temperatures up and down, everything I could think of or read about. This did the trick and I now soak all of my pythons once a month in it.

Yes sir. They may drink a tiny amount while they are in there, but they seem to enjoy the soak. I have a heat mat under it set to 88F. 15-20 minutes each.

Maybe instead of driving it around, put it on top of the dryer. Maybe it’s about vibration? I don’t have private dryer in my apt but I’m curious if it’d work.

Just bought my 2 year ball python a frozen rat that she refused to eat since she eats only live rats and I wanted to up her feeding size without the risk of a bite, so had to go out and buy her a live rat that ended up bitting down on her throat from underneath and I'm sitting here like "wow.. you could've just eaten the big dead juicy rat and not get bitten but you end up eating a tiny rat that bites your ass"

I soaked my lizard a couple times in that electrolyte soak after she laid and she started eating and looking healthy again and not dehydrated.

My snake is now eating frozen thawed, because I can’t find live near where I live (I just recently moved.) But I’m scared to keep letting her eat live, because of the stories I hear where the rats bite the snake and cause a lot of problems. Is this not as common as I heard it is?

ASFs are not their native prey. BPs eat all kinds of rats, rabbits, and birds and eggs.

Assist feeding might be the best option to get some food in her I have a video on that on my channel, if you do decide to assist feed I would use a very small rat almost too small for her so it’s easier on you and the snake! Good luck!!

Got a tips for u bro, I usually use this trick for stubborn BP. I let them eat mice(medium size) , lets let it swallow almost whole mice. When there is still a tip of the mice tail almost swallowed, put in a rat.. it will strike the rat immediately. If u want me to share the whole proses please DM me @ahambali
