Exessive noise around Darwin and Katherine! For me that would be cool, getting to see all those jets we don't normally see. Wish I was up North right now.
I too want to see more countries. India, Spain, Philiuppines, Americans, RAF etc. I know it is hard covering so many countries, and so many aircraft types, but be aware that we do want to see them all
IAF contingent includes Su-30MKI, C-17 heavy lift and Il-78 Tankers. Would have been great if the Tejas Mk1A was also sent, but G.E. is reeling from supply issues and unable to supply us the engines on time, so Tejas deliveres are delayed as well :(
I'm guessing you missed the footage of the Italian's Japanese, Thai's, Filipino's, Singaporeans saw them in the video without even trying to distinguish who was who in wich aircraft.
They have their own ground crews stationed in Raaf Darwin during the stay don’t forget bases Tindal and Amberley are being used too and possibly Townsville
@@Buddy89538 Amberley is a bit far south maybe only the C17's. I'd love to hitch a ride from Brisbane for the open day? I'm open to any type of transport and I have my RPL at Archerfield.
@@CarlBurtonsyou’re right Amberley is far however many of the large MRTTs are positioned down there due to the space required and Amberley has ample. Just today a Japanese MRTT did a round trip from Amberley to the exercise area in NT. If you have a look at flight tracker tonight there’s actually a French MRTT that made the trip from Amberley to NT for refueling ops.

@@SumitBisht0 Those made in Russia Su-30 were the older non MKI types that were later returned to Russia. Russia later sold some of those to Angola. So all 272 Su-30 MKI in IAF service are India-manufactured.

Simply because we have 15 squadrons of Su-30 MKI and only 2 squadrons of Rafale in the Indian Air Force.
To be fair, it's a highly capable aircraft & useful for Western pilots to train against.
