    Another sweaty, fast paced, challenging and super fun step workout is here. This routine has three 20 minute rounds and two 30s breaks so not a lot of time to rest but just enough to catch your breath and rehydrate.
    According to my FitBit I got 7996 steps and burned a whopping 628kcal. Please not the step count will vary from person to person and it is greately influenced by the type of the smart device you use, your speed and physical factors such as your weight and age. Don't be discouraged if your results differ as it wont be a true representation of the effort you put in.

    I have done your 10,000 steps workout almost every day for last month and ibhave amazing results, in weight and toning as well. Yours are the only video I look forward to, because there is no talking and I don't need to stare at the screen continuously, as other channels change their steps in every 5 seconds.

    I just finished this one....wow! I am 68 yrs. old and I got 6,537 steps and 399 calories. 129 bpm average heart rate! Goes to show you that people don't need hard routines to keep in shape! Thank you.

    This is my to-go workout on my lazy days. I love how do-able each workout is yet getting approx 6400 steps and 465 cal burnt

    this workout was insane! I was hurting this morning! Never underestimate a walking workout! I hurt more today than I did from intense HIIT 😂😂 amazing workouts as usual thank you so much xx

    I was feeling terrible since morning. Both personal and professional lives going downhill, and to top it off, weight that was plateued for a long time started increasing 😑Almost convinced myself to not workout, when UA-cam suggested this video. Having finished the workout, I can say it was the best thing happened to me today, and I can't put a price on that. Feeling extremely relieved and proud of myself. Although the workout appeared easy at first, boy I was mistaken. It really kicked my ass, and at the time of writing, I m not sure if I m drenched in sweat or tears 😂My inner thighs, glutes and hamstrings are on 🔥Added this to my list of favorites, and ofcourse subscribed to this amazing channel.     Honey, can tell you I’m DRIPPING in sweat🥵that was such a GOOD workout and with my age 61 and knees, I was able complete with pride! My calorie burn wasn’t as much yours or others that are posted but I’m happy with what I did! That’s for great workout

    7000 steps 470 kcal with aur 146 .
    Like the way u perform exercises, u are realistic not like others . You stop in between ,got stuck at times appreciate your hard work.

    I did this workout just now and I burned 493 calories and for 3.01mi! I didn’t exert as much effort in the middle because I felt dizzy lmao but I’m glad I kept pushing through. Walking workouts are the best! 💕

    Really good Olivia! A combo of low intensity, strength (arm movements and single side exercises), standing abs , glutes, and a bit of balance thrown in! I calculated 7200 steps. More of f these please!❤️👍

    Hello, I thank you from the bottom of your heart for your cardio walking routines, they are intense, they work the whole body and they are also fun. There are many of us who live in apartments and we cannot do jumping exercises because we disturb the neighbors who live below us. Thanks for the videos you upload. A hug and God bless you.

    Sustainable workout that does not leave me wheezing away and sore all over when I go to work the next day. I did this set 4 times a week coupled with IF, managed to lose several pounds within a month. Hope to see more of this step workouts from you!

    Missed this one so it was perfect for this morning along with a 10 minute HIIT i tacked on. Went to work feeling great and energized. Love the one hour workouts! Would love to see more 10 min cardio or HIIT workouts - great as an add on when you are feeling motivated. Thank you!!!

    Your walking workouts are the best!!!!! Could you please do another 10 day walking challenge 😍😍and maybe this time make it more challenging and adding advanced moves.. Instead of starting with 1k then progressing, you could even do a 10 day 10k challenge!! 🔥🔥

      I like this idea but I would still start with a 20 min challenge so we have variety to choose from especially for days we are short on time but I agree, throw in more challenging moves to torch calories. Thank you Olivia!

    I only discovered your workouts a couple of weeks ago and I’m addicted! I absolutely love them and actually look forward to doing them every day. Love the simple moves, nothing complicated but still enough variety that it doesn’t get boring. Would be good to see some more workouts with dumbbells but all your videos are fab! I’ve been recommending them to friends 👍.

    I LOVE THIS!!! I noticed that steps is what helped me to lose weight during my transformation last year. I’ve decreased my steps lately and well, not such great results. I will do this tomorrow morning!! Thank you so much!! My knee isn’t acting very well so this is PERFECT! I will subscribe! 😃

      Amelia Carter I've gotten lots of weight loss results from Olivia's workouts as well. I started in 2020 I was a 14/16 in jeans I'm now a 7/8. Went from 240 pounds to 170 pounds my goal is 130 by summer hopefully!

    This was really good, your new darker background made it easy for me to see you, if I could make one suggestion it would be audio queues for the step change move, because my eyesight is so bad and I step back from the tv to do the move, waiting for the audio beeps to go look at the next move, this one only had one beep so I was behind on the move 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I still enjoyed it because there was a great contrast to your outfit, sneakers & the background and floor, plus the breaks where in just the right place before I had to hit pause to grab a drink 😃😃

    That was phenomenal!! Loved the faster pace, the new moves, and the one hour length. Also nice to know that you need a sweat towel too ;)
    Did not sleep much last night and I knew a great workout (I even added a dynamic walk -one of 30 min) would give me the needed energy boost for the day. Thank you!!!

    I usually workout 30 minutes or less a day, and I thought that this would be boring because it's 1 hour, but it wasn't: it was so fun to do and i burned 224 calories!
