I started following workout channels and enjoy working out with her since then. 2. I started creating my own workouts on my channel which are effective but also a lot of fun to me. I love them! Did this 1 hour yesterday and felt great all day long! I am hypothyroid, so exhausting workouts work bad for me, but this kind of routine elevates my energy instead of draining it. So addicted!
I wanted to stop after 30 minutes in, but I kept on lying to myself "just one more","just another one". I kept on going until the end. 😂 This was hard but I did it!❤
Did it again today, perfect after a couple of days of strength training. You walk it out and stretch a bit. Thank you, great start of my day! Maybe one day you can make a walking stretch workout 😊 for stretching those muscles after strength training!
I've done this workout 2 times a day, 6 times in a week + healthy dieting for a month and I've lost 8 kg + one size + I got better posture. I still have 20 more kg to lose but I think it's working! Wish me luck

I for sure didn’t get anywhere near 600 calories burned and my average hr was for sure not in the 140s lol not sure what I did differently! Anyway, wonderful workout like always. It’s my rest day so something that was slower paced was good. Apple Watch setting: mixed cardio Active calories: 313 Total calories: 418 Average bpm: 110 Approx steps: 6,124 Like I said, great workout just got half the calories 😂
