    Who else loves working out with her. It’s so much easier to keep going when following her workouts. I used to get bored and loose motivation, until I did this. 1. I started following workout channels and enjoy working out with her since then. 2. I started creating my own workouts on my channel which are effective but also a lot of fun to me. And now I love the mix of both ! 💪🏼

      I love them! Did this 1 hour yesterday and felt great all day long! I am hypothyroid, so exhausting workouts work bad for me, but this kind of routine elevates my energy instead of draining it. So addicted!

    I wanted to stop after 30 minutes in, but I kept on lying to myself "just one more","just another one". I kept on going until the end. 😂 This was hard but I did it!❤

    Did it again today, perfect after a couple of days of strength training. You walk it out and stretch a bit. Thank you, great start of my day! Maybe one day you can make a walking stretch workout 😊 for stretching those muscles after strength training!

    I've done this workout 2 times a day, 6 times in a week + healthy dieting for a month and I've lost 8 kg + one size + I got better posture. I still have 20 more kg to lose but I think it's working! Wish me luck

      @@NewAc-gl3wjNo sugar, very low carbs, measured protein and dairy, and a lot of vegetables and fruits
      I'm actually still doing my routine after a little break and I've crossed 13kg weight loss.

      @@oliviafitlawson thank you so much 🥹💕 you literally saved my life! I changed the video I was working out with to another one of your videos. I've crossed 13 kg of weight loss and one more size down and still going strong. After 4 months of regular workouts it's really showing on my body and everyone noticed.

    I loved this video. My first day back to exercise after many years. It was low impact, but I worked up a real sweat. Will definitely find more of your videos. BTW, I am 75, so this video is suited to all ages! Thank you!🤗👍👍

    Did it in 1hr and 4 mins with couple breaks. Almost all the time with 3kg added weight on each leg. 392 active calories and approximately 5,400 steps. Thanks!

    Woke up to this one for my cardio today and was not disappointed. I am working with a trainer who has a specific heart rate my cardio days should be at and this one hit the mark.

    Nice and steady, but what a sweat ! Burnt 515 cal on an average of 134 bp, with peaks at 80 bpm. Not bad for a wednesday morning. Thank you Olivia, you're the best !

    Olivia make a video with light dumbbells and easy exercises to build muscles. My range of motion is not that good and hence can't do lunges etc

    Yes! One hour. Can’t wait!……….ok, I know I always say this but this was my favorite Olivia walk by far. Fast paced and loved the variation to help avoid joint issues. 6833 steps, 283 active calories burned and did keep stepping through the 10s transition. More one hour walks and one hour walks with weights please! 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵
    New stats: 346 active calories, 7061 steps!

    I love your workouts so much, and this one was so fun. I weighed myself yesterday for the first time in a really long time and it appears I need to lose around 20 kilos, which is daunting, but I'm not giving up! I am glad to have your workouts! I've been working out with your videos for a couple of months now, and though I only knew my exact weight yesterday, I have felt much more energetic since I started your workouts.     I for sure didn’t get anywhere near 600 calories burned and my average hr was for sure not in the 140s lol not sure what I did differently!
    Anyway, wonderful workout like always.
    It’s my rest day so something that was slower paced was good.

    Average bpm: 110
    Approx steps: 6,124
    Like I said, great workout just got half the calories 😂
