The answer to this playlist is easy, to be the worlds strongest man is: for 3 years do 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, then a 10k RUN every single day (keep in mind for three years) also make sure you eat 3 meals a day, just a banana in the morning is good. Also you get to save money because dont use the heater/AC so you can strengthen the mind. (That was what Saitama/One Punch Man did for training) Funniest thing i dunno know if this is safe so dont do it its just for saitama.
Saitama's workout is actually very unhealthy for your body, He does all of his exercises consecutively with no rest. You would end up with more damage done than gains made, also doing a 10k everyday is incredibly bad for your leg joints and muscles. However props for the OPM quote (Y)
