Have Dracula recognize Soma as his reincarnation, maybe learn that he managed to escape the fate that Dracula went through, but still be forced to fight him, unable to let go of his hatred for humanity. Tell him that if he wishes to protect Mina, he'll have to kill him.

Because even if Mina is her reincarnation, what happened to his wife is likely still burned into his memory and he can't let go, even knowing she would want him to stop. Thus, he wants someone to stop him, knowing that he can't let go of that hatred and... well, wanting to rest, at least knowing that, one day, his suffering will finally end and he will know some form of peace. And, with his last moments, telling Soma to take care of Mina and not to lose the ability to love, like he had.
I understand that they probably don't eant to give too much preference to the crissover outfits from studios that were nice enough to lend their IPs, but for some reason I really wanted some special dialouge when you stroll in as Jacket. "What is this frost fingered dread that grips my blackened heart? What manner of beast are you, that can stun the Prince of Darkness?"

I think Soma would say something like “I’m the reincarnation of you from the future.” and Dracula be like “What is this madness you speak of?”.
Probably since he didn't change appeareance when first becoming a vampire and Ayami Kojima's original artstyle for Soma ressembles Mathias as he originally looked when he first became a vampire. He probably would call him a doppelganger while denying the idea that he would reincarnate to become a japanese highschooling bishonen.

You only need look at the absolute deconstruction of Netflix's version of Hector at the hands of a thot succubus and her lesbian overlord to realize how little of an "adaptation" this series is to dare say it has anything to with _Castlevania_ (not gonna even bother addressing the disgusting treatment towards Alucard at the end of Season 3). Needless to say the more people support this kind of content as if it actually deserved the title of Castlevania the more this franchise will further fall into oblivion loosing all the recognition and prestige it once achieved back in it's golden Era.
