I know it’s super lame, but I want to be a singer and I wasn’t getting anywhere. So, finally, last year I decided to go the extra mile and started taking voice lessons. And now, because I have, I’ve made All-Region Choir, I was in my very first musical ever, I got to learn a really pretty Italian song, I had my first voice recital, and I made Amphion Youth Choir and Chamber Choir at my school. And I was like, “Hey, maybe I’m actually decent at this.” It really feels good whenever you try and you get to do really cool. Like how I almost met Eric Whitacre. lets do it! I mean, look at Lilly, she was probably in a worse condition than I am. I can relate and understand that she had no self-confidence and self-love. But a few years down the line, look at her. I mean, if she can do it, I can too. We all can.

I love everything about this video but especially when you say “nobody in this world is crazy in the same way that you are crazy” because it’s more honest and more relatable! Sometimes in my search for motivation, it’s not easy to agree with the videos that say “you’re perfect, you’re powerful” but being crazy is one of the things that makes us beautiful, perfect, powerful in our own ways & I find THIS to be so much more inspirational! that's how I felt too! I instantly had the thought of opening a restaurant/ bakery in my mind the whole time through. I feel so pumped! unfortunately my finances and latency in finding my passion is my real struggle right now.
I watched this video about 5 years ago when it came out and I still remember it. So inspiring!! 5 years ago I didn't know how this related to me at all, but in the past year I started figuring out what I wanted to do with my life. And I'm definitely embracing this video as the philosophy that would help me along the way.

I'm going to work on losing weight. For my health, and also, I feel like my outside doesn't reflect how I feel on the inside. On the inside, I feel like a strong, confident woman. On the inside, I feel like a woman who looks physically fit. But then, I look in a mirror, and, well... not so much. I finally want to, REALLY want to do something about it. I do have health limits as my metabolism is lower than most because I have congenital hypothyroidism. A symptom of hypothyroidism is significantly lower metabolism than those who do not have the condition. I do believe that because of this health condition, it will make it difficult to lose weight and become healthy. However, just because something is difficult doesn't mean it is impossible.

Just try out different things and see what works for you. Most people don't actually have an idea of where they are going with life. You just have to start somewhere, even if it's very random. Don't just sit around and wait for some super inspiration to hit you out of the blue. You can only learn from experience what works and what doesn't.
I am not asian, but I experience the same thing. It wasn`t like that when I was little, but now that I grew up and I am expected to have a clear path in my life and succeed like no other, I am so confused, no path, no goals, no dreams... there`s nothing, so there`s no succes.
I love Lily's motivational videos. I've always wanted to be a singer since I born (btw see my UA-cam channel I post covers and originals) and as Im getting older more and more people are telling me it's never going to happen. And I was really depressed and anxious for a long time and I still struggle with it. But Lily is one of the few people who have shown me how I can AND will accomplish what I want :) and I know she's talking through I screen but I feel like Lily is the one person who will always push me and keep me going even if I don't want to. My dream is to work behind the camera in film sets and such- my struggle is homophobia, anxiety, E.D.S/Hypermobility Sydrome and chronic fatigue- despite knowing that you have to be energetic beyond my capabilities at the moment (key words: at the moment) and me being lesbian hasn't exactly worked in my favour all that much know I can achieve my goal of working in film because I have and will have so many opportunities to help me towards it and it's the first thing I've ever been passionate and been sure about in my life and, even though it sounds corny, I believe in myself and know deep down I can do it if I work as hard as I can :)
You can and will do it. Just remember to work within your pacing limits (I've had ME for 15 years plus a lot of other health things that are TL:DR). I have a friend with ME and fibro who is back working in theatre which she's always loved. It can be done.
I watched this video for the first time in 2017, and, along with many other of Lilly’s videos, it helped me so much when I was down. I have been struggling since I was little and at some points it got awfully hard. This video gives me so much motivation and it just feels like that unconditional love your parents (should) give you. It’s like… Idk. I hadn’t needed this for a while, but I started college recently and it’s been huge. Thank you Lilly, thank you Lilly’s team, thank you for all the effort and everything you do. It’s amazing that this is just out there for people like me. I appreciate it, and I love you so much.

that's how I felt too! I instantly had the thought of opening a restaurant/ bakery in my mind the whole time through. I feel so pumped! unfortunately my finances and latency in finding my passion is my real struggle right now.
I watched this video about 5 years ago when it came out and I still remember it. So inspiring!! 5 years ago I didn't know how this related to me at all, but in the past year I started figuring out what I wanted to do with my life. And I'm definitely embracing this video as the philosophy that would help me along the way.

I'm going to work on losing weight. For my health, and also, I feel like my outside doesn't reflect how I feel on the inside.
On the inside, I feel like a strong, confident woman. On the inside, I feel like a woman who looks physically fit. But then, I look in a mirror, and, well... not so much.
I finally want to, REALLY want to do something about it.
I do have health limits as my metabolism is lower than most because I have congenital hypothyroidism. A symptom of hypothyroidism is significantly lower metabolism than those who do not have the condition. I do believe that because of this health condition, it will make it difficult to lose weight and become healthy. However, just because something is difficult doesn't mean it is impossible.

Just try out different things and see what works for you. Most people don't actually have an idea of where they are going with life. You just have to start somewhere, even if it's very random. Don't just sit around and wait for some super inspiration to hit you out of the blue. You can only learn from experience what works and what doesn't.

I am not asian, but I experience the same thing. It wasn`t like that when I was little, but now that I grew up and I am expected to have a clear path in my life and succeed like no other, I am so confused, no path, no goals, no dreams... there`s nothing, so there`s no succes.

I love Lily's motivational videos. I've always wanted to be a singer since I born (btw see my UA-cam channel I post covers and originals) and as Im getting older more and more people are telling me it's never going to happen. And I was really depressed and anxious for a long time and I still struggle with it. But Lily is one of the few people who have shown me how I can AND will accomplish what I want :) and I know she's talking through I screen but I feel like Lily is the one person who will always push me and keep me going even if I don't want to. I know exactly how you feel. I'm on the same boat. I just moved 200 miles away from my home, family, and friends to pursue my music. I believe in you! You can do it!
My dream is to work behind the camera in film sets and such- my struggle is homophobia, anxiety, E.D.S/Hypermobility Sydrome and chronic fatigue- despite knowing that you have to be energetic beyond my capabilities at the moment (key words: at the moment) and me being lesbian hasn't exactly worked in my favour all that much know I can achieve my goal of working in film because I have and will have so many opportunities to help me towards it and it's the first thing I've ever been passionate and been sure about in my life and, even though it sounds corny, I believe in myself and know deep down I can do it if I work as hard as I can :)

You can and will do it. Just remember to work within your pacing limits (I've had ME for 15 years plus a lot of other health things that are TL:DR). I have a friend with ME and fibro who is back working in theatre which she's always loved. It can be done.

I have been struggling since I was little and at some points it got awfully hard. This video gives me so much motivation and it just feels like that unconditional love your parents (should) give you. It’s like… Idk. I hadn’t needed this for a while, but I started college recently and it’s been huge.

I live in Sweden and this is my last year in middle school before I start high school, which is gymnasium and I really want to get a complete mark of 340 points which is the highest you can get and if you do get 340 points you are the student with the highest grade.
