Motivating without a motivational speech, giving out so many tips and tricks without a single spoken word. That's Lilly Singh for you.
@@fitbosssomi6102 There are Bunch of Motivational Speaker Throwing words i listen but don't really follow this was great EXAMPLE
The conclusion is that-
Success is way wayy far away from your comfort zone
If you consistently push your comfort zone , you will eventually expand it enough that you'll be able to reach success.
Barbie Kwatra that was not a joke, try it for yourself. Do things that make you uncomfortable. Face your fears and see what happens. You’ll find they the best things in life are on the other end of fear.
Lessons from the video:
1. Get up early in the morning
2. Don't be lazy..cycle to workplace
3.HUSTLE harder
4.Everything won't change at once
5.Hustle even more harder
6.Even if u are stuck in a job that u don't like don't give up on your dreams ( like how Lilly auditioned to be an actress)
7.Keep Going

8.Lilly Singh is the best ❤
depressed ; why is your user name like that? Why don’t you try changing it to...used _2B_depressed
The lesson is step out of your comfort zone. Don’t do the same thing every day.
If you really want to do something, no matter how busy you are, go after it! Life will give you small hints(seeing the "Open Auditions" and being scared/uncomfortable but having the courage to go after it anyway.), but it's up to you to decide.
The moral of this video is that in order to be successful, you must step out of your comfort zone. This video spoke to me on so many levels. Thank you so much Lilly for inspiring us all and hopefully I'll be up there with you on UA-cam one day :)
TariqTv I literally just subscribed to your channel Tariq. I can see your gonna be a huge UA-camr one day. Your videos are really funny
i liked how her dressing way and the way she present herself changed when she started working... means that the way u dress up keeps u in the mode to work. everything matters. also on how the guy disappeared (out of her eye) when she was working and he reached out when she was focusing on herself. BUILD YOUR OWN EMPIRE, THE KING WILL COME. focus on urself. chase ur dreams and not a guy.
Really wish I would have found this a year ago haha. But I'm glad to see I'm not the only one traversing the uphill journey towards success
Almost a year later but this video was so motivational it gave me goosebumps!! Just ordered your book on Amazon!!!!
This video has been out here for quite a while now and still to this day I watch this when I’m feeling unproductive
When you beat comfort zones, you beat life. No matter how much Lily has been put in a bad light because of her late night show not being that great, one cannot deny that she is actually a good inspiration and a role model, yes, we all have our faults and she isn't perfect but i think she can and will grow as a human and not being perfect is what makes her more relatable and real as a human. Keep up the good work Lily! Some beginings are hard and tough and I'm sure you know it. I'm sure if you work hard and listen to criticism (and not to haters!), you can make something better and maybe even revolutionary. This video is great. It shows how it really is, life is hard, you have to fight and maybe this seems easy and ah it's so easy for her to do that, i could never, it's so hard for me blah blah, but no! One of the hardest things for every single person is to get out of comfort zones. But once you stsrt doing it, you get addicted. You see how much power over your life you actually have. Anyone reading this, YOU, no matter what you think, i bet you can do the same and become what you aspire to be! Just be persistent, you won't succeed immediately and it will be hard but dude, that's life. You CAN make it. It's a choice. What do you choose?
Why was this so depressing in the beginning BUT IS WAS AWESOME!
Because in the beginning we get caught up in our routine and are afraid to go beyond it. Try something new and it’s hard in the beginning but later on becomes your new routine.
It was so unusual and weird to see Lilly trying to be mediocre, not successful, non-hardworking and not hustling hard every single day at all, and like "comfortable" at the part of the video that is about comfort, because she is not like that at all :)
Yeah perhaps she got used to it (outside comfort), she's comfortable with the way she is now. I mean it in a good way :D
I have OCD, so I can't like this and make it 401. My like is mentally there.
"123 comfort Avenue" LOL
Haha it has a deeper meaning, it shows that her home/regular work is her comfort zone
"Keep comfort for clothes, NOT the hustle"...I LOVE THIS
I don't even care that it's sponsored. This was so good I wish you did more of this stuff. I'm currently still in the first stage: comfort and doing the minimum lol Hopefully one day I find the strength and hunger to step it up
You have to want it and make the first step. Believe me, I've been there. Life isn't meant to be predicted, it is meant to be exciting and discovering more of who you are and what drives you to be you each day. You can do it! :)
I used to watch this everyday last year. It helped me a lot it was like a boost of my desire for being successful. I know sometimes life is hard, but yall are gonna get through this and so am I. This video changed my life, but every now and then there will be something that hurts me and kills me a little bit. I've been feeling kinda down lately, then I remember this video and everything is slowly getting better. Work hard! Show all that you got.
Oh dear! So I don't know what happened to with you but I support you and wish you all the best.🌸
@Guitar Girl lmao me replying a year later, wow, well girl I gotta say every day life keeps getting better and better, this year I did have some lows and I'm not only talking about covid, so every good little thing that comes up cheers me up for sure. How's everything with you? I hope everything's ok and you and your close ones are safe ♡
@@khadijakolsawala9323 thank you so so much! I can't say anything tragic happened to me (thank god), I was really at the low when I commented this but thank you so much for the support. I'm glad my comment reached some of you guys! I wish you all the best too, to you and your close ones, stay safe
@@lynnly2406 it really boosts the mood, knowing every single successful person had their non-successful days
Lily (sorry if I spelt it wrong, I don't know if it's one or two L's) I just want to tell you that, this video really helped. Just months ago, I was an under-achiever in school, but then I watched this video. Now, I'm getting top marks in every test, I'm the best reader and writer in my class and I'm one of the best mathematicians! All because you inspired me to change my ways and step out of my comfort zone, so...thank you! Thank you so much!
I started doing something very similar, I started challenging myself in video games where I wanted certain achievements or first place in some challenges. No matter how many times I fail, I'm not stopping until I get first place. Amazing results. Then I started applying to many other areas of my life, huge rewards.
the sad reality is that majority of students (including myself) studying in uni are studying for this lifestyle
I noticed that this video has a lot less views than most of your other videos, such as the types of people and parents react, and I think it literally proves the point of your video. People are afraid to step out of their comfort zones. They're used to what they've been getting for years. And I think it's sad, because taking risks is what makes life so full of adventures! Loved this video, Lilly, keep doing you. You're great!
Check out some of her other videos that are super motivational ua-cam.com/video/D-lE7nuInC0/v-deo.html
Land of Zsa Zsa Zsu I love how in your videos you talk about motivational things like how to stop worrying, good job 😀😀😀
Or maybe they did watch it and they're up thinking deeper reflecting it right now
I watched this this morning and I was productive all day! I was able to clean my room clean my hampster cage, go on a 3 mile bike ride, learn a little Spanish and finish packing for a summer camp. I usually just lay in bed watching UA-cam all day and sometimes I paint.
Lilly is literally my role model. I started watching her from my third year in school and up until then I was so ashamed of being brown and my immigrant parents. But her videos have only made me feel proud of myself, my skin and culture, and she has taught me so much just through fun comedy videos.
*WHEN THIS VIDEO'S ALSO ENTERTAINING AND HELPFUL*
This video was made for me I was just feeling like giving up and was procrastinating and not working. i am putting my alarm to 6am right now
My alarm is on 6 am already so when am I supposed to wake up to get better :(

I don't know why I found this today on my recommended but thank God I did, this is so motivational.
This video literally warmed my heart so much! It shows how someone who thinks their life won't go anywhere can push past their negative thoughts and succeed to do what they want. Thank you Lilly for being such an inspiration to young and grown people everywhere. You teach us to not be afraid to go after what we want you always believe we can. I'm so happy that I'm apart of you unicorn family!❤. #unicornsquad
wow I love this video and give me hope.
Lesson here is to
1. put yourself out there & take every single opportunity open
2. pursue your dream job on the side (passive income)
3. do your best work at your job (active income)
4. your personal life & dating life will come due to good habits
5. Rinse and Repeat each day.

I’ve just remembered she posted this on her birthday
I have watched this again and again over the last 3 years. Every time I find myself falling off track this inspires me and reminds me of my priorities. Please NEVER delete it?
I really aspire to be one of the most successful Indian UA-camr in the upcoming 5 years. Thank you so much Lilly for motivating as always. I really mean it.
Mr IY Just for the better success I subed I know it's not a lot (1 sub) but I can do it through all of my accounts
Im 1 minute into the video and let me just say, WOW IM LOVING THE PRODUCTION OF THIS ITS DONE SO WELL
This is literally my favourite video ever!! You make me feel so empowered and inspired!! Even though I’m 12 this video every time I watch it I feel like I can do anything! Thank you for making this it means a lot!
I feel I have watched you in my whole life and now Im now 23 years old in university and this video had to me inspried to get where I m and I got to know what success means , what success to means to me , is that bit of hard work and bit of dedication and not giving up make you Success, thank you for been part of me :>
Honestly, I was about to cry at the first part, it broke my heart but its sad because it reminds me of my life. Then I keot watching and saw how everything changed for the better and you kept on striving forward! Thanks for this heart warming video!
Same it was such a plot twist for me when at the end she was living in the success house!
It's 6am where I live, I haven't even slept yet & i was feeling pretty down (until now). thank you for this, I really needed it.
Honestly, I wish Lilly all the happiness in the world. You have changed and made such a positive impact on so many people's life. Lilly, I honestly love you and am so grateful. Thank you Lilly.
when I started watching this I thought it would turn out like she would leave her job and become an actress!!!It was so different than that.I love how Lilly showed us that little changes could help us conquer life!!❤❤
I love this. I tell people all the time that I don't enjoy being uncomfortable, but I like to make myself uncomfortable. If I'm not making myself uncomfortable I'm being stagnant, I'm going nowhere, and I'm not learning anything. And that isn't the person I want to be.

i watch this video whenever i feel low or demotivated. This video pumps me up with energy and the passion to work!!!!
I always watch this video when I feel discouraged. It still, to this day, inspires me to keep going.
This has made me continue to study math, instead of playing random videos around UA-cam like a zombie.
Thank you
THIS IS THE BEST VIDEO EVER!! I LOVE IT!!! IT WAS SO INSPIRATIONAL!!!
Hey Lilly, u probably would never see this, but this video is so motivating I can't express. Everytime I feel frustrated and down, this video doesn't fail to motivate me. I would request you to put out more content like this since it does bring out the poitive energy and helps me take one step forward at a time
Just recently discovered Lilly Singh and came across this. As much as her usual high energy, full on power vlogs and videos are captivating, this was such a pleasant change. Appreciate the honest depiction of "how anything, literally anything you want in life, you gotta work for it" Lilly has come up with. I like that she is giving out good role models to the millennial generation. Take everything seriously and engage with life and you will be rewarded immensely.
When I watched this I felt a spark inside of me come to life. Lilly, You are the most amazing, hardworking and enthusiastic towards life person I've ever seen. Keep being yourself and people will love you for who you are. #GirlLove
This is so deep and I love it
“ leave comfort for clothes , not the hustle “
Amazing 👍🏻
I'm back here for inspiration, this video has helped me get through extremely my extreme down phase more than a year ago. Now I'm at my low point again, I'm not gonna give in, I'll strive through it. Lilly I love you so much, your videos are always there when I need them.
I instantly felt motivated when you said that you are challenging us! Anyone else felt the same way? Thank you
Happy Birthday Kween❤❤❤❤❤👑👑👑👑👑👑
That moment of walking into the auditions is TOO REAL
This isn’t just the secret to SUCCESS, it’s the secret to HAPPINESS. Thank you Lilly!
*LOVE LOVE LOVE THE MESSAGE SO POWERFUL*
_ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE AS LONG AS YOU TRY_
❤️🙏🏽
Edit: I know that's not the message that my advice
Naturally Mystique that's not the message, it's you have to step out of your comfort zone to be successful
flamingarrow 1294 Well, to me, it's also part of the message. You have to step outside your comfort zone to be successful. Sometimes you might feel like you want to crawl back in your shell and that you can't keep going. But leave those negative thoughts away and try, because anything is possible! The change won't be instant (like how Lilly's life doesn't change immediately after she changes her attitude) but in time, you will see the results.
PLEASE MAKE MORE VIDEOS LIKE THIS. I love your more comedic ones but this is really inspiring :)
I go back to this video whenever I feel unmotivated - I just love how it not only motivates us but also teaches us that success comes with hard work and not everything will happen immediately. You'll experience failures and obstacles but you just have to keep trying
This is one of the best things I've watched in a really long time. Definitely needed this one. Thank you, Lilly. :)
If you notice even when she starts getting outside her comfort zone, It _still_ takes a while for her to see progress, even tho we see a curve coming up, _she doesn't_ , *Yet* she keeps pushing on, & even as her new changes become routine & eventually the progress is exponential enough to be able to acknowledge how far she's come. *It's not about **_not_** having a routine in your life, but having one that pushes you* & balancing in work & play to the best that you can. *It's about little steps every day, that nobody will acknowledge, but taking those steps anyway.* This video enlightend me in a way that a lot of speeches & self-help books never have❤️🦄
I know right! I needed this, i hit the snooze button today, and i regret so much, and then i saw this video and it remined me, that even if i can not see my progress, the progress is still there and i cant not give up. It help me so much. Just what i need. And you comment spoke to me the same way. Thank you for that. I really needed this.
Best inspirational video ever. Reminds me that you should keep going on no matter what with a bit of sass.
I feel so uninspired and unmotivated. I have been slacking and not doing my university work. And suddenly I remember this video and I decide to watch it again. Lilly you have no idea how inspiring and helpful this is. Also I really love how you added the auditions part because one of the things that were holding me back is thinking about my artistic side and how I don't wanna loose it, but this reminded me that you really can do both if you work hard enough. Thank you so much, I love you.
Inspiring! As a senior in high school, I have a lot to look forward too, especially while I'm trying to apply to colleges right now. This is really thought provoking. Thanks for keeping me on track :) btw, I'm advertising the Rafikis in my school for you Lily. I'm getting people to buy them through my robotics team. You're an inspiration to all of us
stxrfish eyyy that's awesome! I loved ur comment I'm a freshmen in high school and I'm starting to see it's more fun to be step outside of your comfort zone and try new things. Ur inspiring too, selling the rafikis. Thanks for spreading the girl love
I used to participate in robotics club for about 4 years. But I changed to basketball club now, don't know if it is the right choice.
stxrfish , I bet you'll make it into a wonderful college and really succeed in life, good luck!! :)

This the best short film I've ever seen!!!
The fact that she showed that it won’t be easy first is how you know she is well she is our dear lilly
Lily, I’ve watched this video at some of the most seemingly hopeless times of my life.
You’ve shown me how to conquer instead of just survive.
I read your book when I felt completely lost and I have never changed how I saw my life faster.
Never stop telling your story, and thank you.
I remember watching this video when I needed motivation to study and change my life. Now I’m in eating disorder recovery and I need motivation again. Thank you for creating this Lily you don’t have any idea how much it helped/ helps me
I love how Lilly created this video! It shows /represents that if you try something new it'll be hard at first and it'll take some time but if you do it consistently everyday, it'll just become easier and easier for yourself. Then you'll achieve your goal and be successful
One of the best videos she's ever made. Legit amazing content😘😘😘😘
Damn this is so motivational it actually gave me goosebumps ❤️
I saw this in my sub feed when it came out and I avoided it because I was scared of the truths in it. I've been a hard working creative most of my life, working as a contemporary dancer it's all you can do to keep pushing and trying new things to better your craft, bust sometimes that puts your own self at risk.
This video brought me to tears because while I've taken a year off to really work on my mental health and I've gone leaps and bounds there, I see this and it reminds me of what I had to put down. It's beautiful and rewarding to push and challenge yourself like this, but i also need to be aware of how to do it and keep up with it in a healthy way. It's conflicting because I want to be doing the things put forth in this beautiful video but I also can't. The struggle is that sometimes putting things down and working on the mind and soul you're living in is in fact the hard work towards success that is needed, even if it's not the most apparent things or changes to life style that others expect.
This was a beautiful video, well executed and emotionally stimulating- thank you Lilly for providing me with something that encouraged me to reflect and take time to sit with and in my own mind and see the changes that have happened since I started on my own journey this year. It's wonderful to find a video that makes you really think and reflect.
I’ve been coming back to this video wherever i needed inspiration or a reminder... 💕 can’t believe it’s been 3yrs already
Lilly with my story completely summarized from you
All I have to say to you is
I love you and I’m so glad and blessed to know you virtually and see your successes. You are so beautiful and not just on the outside. Thank you so much for pulling me through so many things and I will always look up to you. You are someone I truly hope to meet one day because I want you to know how much you have helped change me for the better and please don’t ever forget, you are here for a reason and thank you for coming back from the bottom. Without you, I wouldn’t be who I am today I love you Lilly.
I have been watching this video since the day it came out... And since I have been watching it everyday I have gotten one step to my goals. I have worked every weekday the past month, I have written something for my book everyday, and I have all around made my own life better. Thanks to this video and the brilliant creator. She has pushed me out of my comfort zone and I have accomplished more than ever.
This isn't my first time watching this, however, it's my first time being motivated in a long time and you are one of the reasons why. I have huge dreams that might seems literally over the top or unreachable and unrealistic to most, but people like you make me want to keep going. Thank you so much!❤
I just ordered your book! IT WAS AWESOME
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LILLY!!!
alright so i dont wanna write too much but here's what:
- u are loved

That's basically who you are and why you deserve to have accomplished what you have so far and so much much more in a nutshell
Take this day off and enjoy urself gurl u need and deserve it
Ps.: happy bday manjeet and paramjeet!!
this is incredibly inspiring and just brilliant....i want to watch this everyday to lift me up. We dont realize how many things we stop ourselves from doing because of the most miniscule factor of fear.
when this first came out i was younger and didn’t understand the meaning behind the video now that i’m older i rewatched it and started crying lol lilly if u see this i just wanna say thank you :)
This just hit me hard... I loved it. Lilly always inspires me to hustle harder every day of my life to get ahead but this video specifically just hit me a certain way. I like it edit: (believe it or not I’ve never gotten this many likes thanks y’all)
3 years later, I still watch this video whenever I need some inspiration & motivation to keep going. About to embark on some life changing applications to residency programs in my journey to get a Doctorate & Masters (dual degree). Thank you for ALL of your awesome, awe-inspiring work Lilly!!
This just gave me everything I needed this morning! I prayed this morning on how to get into gear and your video showed up and was right on time for me.
Incredible? Motivating? Stimulating? Encouraging? Inspiring? I have too many words to describe this video. Really, people NEED to look beyond the simplicity of things and go ahead and step out of their comfort zones (which is difficult for me to say considering how much I love comfort.) In other words, get out of your every day routine and strive towards your goals. Don’t just think, do. As a lazy, stressed out (and also introverted) college student, this video definitely invoked certain emotions for me and made me realize I need to get up earlier. Be more social, more active. And as funny as it may feel at first, don’t let that discourage you! But yeah, this video is great. 10/10. Really is an eye opener and tells you to go that extra mile. I’m just trying to rack up the courage to start my UA-cam channel and go for what I want instead of just daydreaming about it.
Was scrolling through the comment section and had to leave a little comment on your comment because I relate to it. Also giving you encouragement to start your youtube channel! Go for it! I hesitated many a time before starting mine (I still struggle with my channel btw haha) but I am certainly happy that I did =D
Thank you! A little encouragement is always helpful. I’m hoping to start it soon! And I’ll check out your channel as well 😊
I really, really enjoyed this video. Very well done Lilly. 😍😘
I just got to learn to challenge to yourself daily that's where you can grow and know your own abilities and never give up! Thank You Lilly Singh for this amazing and motivational video Love you so much!❤
Lilly, its been 3 years and i still watch this video whenever i want to motivate myself to work hard and get out of my comfort zone. I can't thankyou enough for making this video ❤❤
Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn Lilly ! You're truly the BAWSE !
Her sheets sound so good I just wanna go back to bed 😩🔥
Lol sorry I just finished the video I don’t wanna go to bed anymore 🙄
Hahaha it's like you went through that same kind of change with her.
The amount of times I rewatched this video-
Who would thumbs down this video! ??? Lilly aspires to prove just how she struggles hard to get to where she is! And she also proves, any one can do what they set their mind to! Lilly is inspiring as much as she is humorous! I love you Lilly, keep doing what you do! You are too awesome at it!
AHHH! I tried something a little different with this video. I'm a big believer of stepping outside of your comfort zone. I hope you enjoyed it and felt inspired! Also, #SuperSixty starts now which means I'll be responding to comments for the next 60 minutes. AND GO! xo
