Probably she did it with glue so it's faster through video but u may use the option of sewing it nice purse though

Started out really cute... then she pulled out the glue gun and I was out.
Alot of things are glued together. Even shoes from sneakers to stilettos. And theres more than just crafting glue sticks. Fabric glue and E6000 even comes in glue stick form. So she can possibly be using one of those.
Great idea but why go to al the effort of sewing all the edges ,interfacing and lining only to join it with hot glue, it won’t hold much being held together with hot glue would be a lot more sturdy if it was sewn together.
I really like the idea and would’ve been great with a little bit of thought to the excution.

I'm waiting for the day that fabric glue can be applied as easily as hot glue until then I will sew it. Very cute idea but sewing it will make it hold up longer. You definitely have sewing and creative skills tho!

That would be cute to use for my kids. (makeup bag) if I used a glue gun. But if I used it as a handbag. I would go the extra mile to make it more durable. And use 1 big zipper. It's great work and I'm not trying to discourage you from making more handbags.

This bag will NOT hold weight. Why are you using a glue gun? Put your phone in there and the bottom of the bag will fall through.

In the description they don't mention sewing supplies NOR hot glue under materials, probably meaning you can put the bag together however you wish. Don't be such haters, it's the same idea to your wallet phone cases which have glue on the back plastic/rubber phone attachment but noone is pitchforking those companies and they can last several years roughly flipped open and stuffed full of cards, notes and whatever more you can fit 🙄

Rite cute but I suggest using something more of a solid backing like matte board to keep the shape , because that doesn't look to sturdy
For everyone who’s freaking out over the glue gun....you do realize that they make fabric glue sticks and e6000 glue sticks for glue guns, right? She’s probably using a fabric glue stick or an e6000 stick.

This is the coolest ever!!! Watching with my 10 year old grandson he wants to help me make 1. He suggests cutting pop cans for corner detail. Wants a larger 1 to store his cars in. I wont exactly make it FOR him he has to contribute to the labor.

Loving you videos my daughter told me she wanted to start making them and I found your page. I know so many people keep talking about your glue gun so instead coming at your life like I’m a pro at this(never made one a day in my life) my I give you other options like heat bonding tape. My wife uses it for almost everything. I believe it’s a stronger hold and permanent. Well anyway keep up the work. My daughter might try one of your projects with the tape.
Everything was fine until I saw glue gun!!! I should know better what to watch on UA-cam by now.😵 Do you ever wonder how many sticks of glue she needs???

Holster that gun hun!! Great idea i would have preferred you use polymer clay, resin or even aluminium to make the edge tabs over that plastic material but it is still cute.

I would suggest using the cardboard (a little thicker than that) instead of the mesh tape and create the box shape and cover it in the denim fabric... but hey!

This was an AWESOME idea but that glue gun just made me .... Well why not sew the whole thing and the plastic corners well... But i will try this just sewing the whole project and use dome self sticking builders weaving tape for extras stability but like i said you idea wad AWESOME😁

The craft is good SEWN not using the glue gun. The bag will not even hold your cellphone for long but GREAT idea....
Well Done. just loose the glue gun. if you can sew the handle and tab of the bag, the sides of the bag can also be sewn, on the sewing machine. a zip that goes all around ( the two sides and front( with 2 zip pulls that is hidden under the tab when close. Little pockets sewn on the sides and back of the lining , before its fix to the inside of the bag. Keep smiling and let the bags keep flowing.

Lovely little bag, ingeniously made! To the naysayers: What's wrong with using a clever combination of sewing and gluing? The glue adds rigidity and is hidden. The lining is sewn anyway. That combination is likely to be stronger than sewing alone. If you can do it better, we'd be happy to view (and comment) on your own videos! 😊
