You probably have your left and right switched to large. I believe you need to turn on "extra bass" feature which will use your subwoofers in straight mode.
Sir i'm having a problem connecting my phone to the receiver via bluetooth. The bluetooth of yamaha rx v485 is not searching device even if i already pressed the bluetooth botton and then the memory botton for more than 3 sec.. I already set up the bluetooth setting of the receiver but still no avail. I hope you can help me with this one thanks.

I have the RX V685 a few months ago and it has worked well. However, since yesterday the bluetooth doesn't work. When I select this function, the bluetooth symbol does not appear, and the worst thing is that the bluetooth cannot be recognized on my devices (tv, cell phone, among others). I don't know what is happening. The antennas are good, it seems. I cannot connect the music cast either. I pressed the memory button for about 10 second but it doesn't work. Do you know how i cant reactive the bluetooth function? Thanks for your support
I have the exact same issue with my RX V585. USB doesn't work, cannot access/detect wifi and the Bluetooth doesn't work either. When selecting Bluetooth it displays on the display but cannot detect any devices, same with the USB. It cannot even detect my home WiFi and my antennas are in perfect working order. Please help

Cuando estoy reproduciendo una peli o serie en algún momento se corta el audio de todos los parlantes, desapareciendo la imagen con los 5 parlantes del display del sinto, volviendo a la normalidad en algunos segundos. Luego lo vuelve a hacer de manera aleatoria, lo que es muy molesto. Cuál puede ser el problema? El equipo no se apaga, solo se corta el audio y vuelve a los pocos segundos, para después (sin ningún patrón predefinido) volver a cortarse en otro momento. Así todo el tiempo. Espero su ayuda!

Use remote an hit bluetooth then hold memory for 3 seconds

There is a different way of still installing the update, but using USB drive on the front
