Never thought that castor oil was making my nails grow and get stronger I use it daily on my hands and arms never was thinking about my nails but it made my nails grow and be stronger.
After your last video I started using castor oil. I decided to try it because if it didn’t work no harm done. I’m pretty amazed by the results. One of my fingers had been hurting for months and I was really afraid that it was permanent. It hurt to grab things. I started massaging castor oil into it every night and now it’s back to normal. I also had a bump on my back like the ones you described. I was considering having it removed but decided to try castor oil as a last resort. It’s almost gone now. I’m so glad I tried this and I recommend it to everyone.
Well, I will definitely be buying some Caster Oil. I have used it in skin care for eyelashes and brows. But I don’t realize all the rest of the great things it would do. My husband’s hands are always a mess. He’s been to doctors and tried all kinds of creams. They don’t seem to help. So I’m going to get the hand wraps and have him try them too. Thank you for another great video. Thai one was so full of information.

I fell in love with castor oil some months back and have seen a definite improvement in my soft, split nails! Its definitely one of those under rated oils. I remember as a child growing up in the UK that it was quite common practise for parents to give children a teaspoon of castor oil for tummy problems...we all dreaded it lol.
Helpful video! I’m curious how you mix the castor oil with your lotion. Do you pump out some lotion and add a few drops of the oil, or premix some and put in another container? Just wondering what the best method might be for joints/body skin. Thank you 😊
I use a small glass bowl that I keep just for this use. I eyeball about 3 tablespoons of body lotion with equal parts castor oil and just mix with my clean finger. I’ve seen amazing results. I can’t say enough about it. I’ll soon be 63.

On a slightly different topic (& having watched your previous Caster Oil videos), the one in February of this year, you were wearing the most beautiful black jumper with cream edging to the sleeves. Do you mind me asking where it is from? I've watched your other videos but can't see it on your previous clothes recommendations. Thanks so much x
It also works for bone spurs on the feet. Also works for cysts. Plus fibroids and endometriosis. Just make sure it's Organic, Hexane Free, Cold pressed, in a dark, glass bottle. ❤

What do you wear or how do you use caster oil without ruining your clothes and sheets? Do you use the body packs?

Equal parts of oil to lotion
I put some lotion in my hand then add some Castor oil to it and rub it together and use.
