- I can absolutely assure you, that if you feed yourself positive thoughts about your vessel, along with feeding yourself healthy whole nutritious foods while avoiding processed food as much as you can, then you will be on your way to rising as a new you.
(Please note: I am not a dietary physician. I am simply stating a few methods that have helped me. Please seek further advice from a physician where necessary before undertaking any serious dietary changes).
Incorporating intermittent fasting into your daily routine can help tremendously. This gives your body enough time to process any food consumption from the day prior while shifting you into a state of ketoses. Ketoses happens when you are in a fasted state & your body will then use stored fat as fuel instead of glucose (sugar).
I'd also suggest implementing daily walking into your routine, this will promote healthy blood flow throughout your vessel & can help to regulate your nervous system. Walking daily not only helps you to lose weight, but It also give you a solid source of vitamin D which is essential for boosting your immune system & keeping stagnant negative energy at bay.
I can guarantee you that if you follow some easy straight forward routines & be consistent with them, you will see a difference in no time! And most of all, yes Reiki energy healing can help with weight loss as well. It can help to clear any excess stored energy within your vessel, promoting a healthy regulation & flow of energy throughout your being!

I've been on a weight loss journey while recovering from addiction to alcohol. I no longer crave alcohol and am still working on weight loss. I have lost 50 pounds and got 40 more pounds to go 🎉! Thank you so much Michael this means the world to me ❤!

I have been struggling with being overweight in the last couple years. I appreciate all the help I can get. Thank you Michael. I quit drinking for 30 days and adjusted my carbs and protein and my friends say that I look different.
Oh Michael I always hoped you’d one day do a weight loss, especially metabolism. I was once a 107 pound gym rat with metabolism that could outrun a Shelby mustang! Lol

🤯 talk about being in alignment & this not being a coincidence....I've been exercising since the end of July & my metabolism just began to boost yesterday & then I came upon this video lol....the nsync-ness is mind blowing....perhaps there really isn't any coincidences! I am soaking in a salt bath atm, not sure if I pulled something but my right glute & left elbow are thanking me right now....deep sigh....even if my body merely transforms the fat into muscle idc as long as I am strong & fit....my children need at least one parent still here with them until they are old enough to take care of themselves....ty for all you do Michael! Much love to you & your family 💞🫂 Any advice when dealing with sores on bottoms of feet? I've tried using corn medicine....I'd like to get to the root & remove it! I’m on a Carnivore diet, not for weight. Although the weight loss is rapid. It’s been hard to keep to cravings for sweets during this season down. However it’s proven scientifically to heal autoimmune diseases. I grew up with ulcerative colitis and my son has had Crohn’s disease since 9 years old. He’s 17 now and on immunotherapy drugs that are not doing the job. He has been in a flare and his Dr needed to wait until his meds failed before is insurance will cover and increase in dosage. He’s on the Carnivore diet now. I send him Reiki videos and crystals are everywhere in his room. I pray something hits the right spot to help him soon. Thank you for your videos!❤🎉

As a nutrionalist and someone who went to medical school. I found quite the opposite. That's actually what causes gout, arthritis, and joint issues.

Sorry about your son. Unfortunately, that's one of the reasons I left medical school. Drugs are just bandaids, they don't cure anything. They poison your body making it weaker, and causes more side effects and other health issues. I also found western medicine is more concerned with keeping and sometimes even making you sick so they can keep you as a customer. If everyone was actually healed they lose out on all these large paychecks.
That's why I turned to more Eastern medicine. I practice Reiki, crystal healing and herbology.

There are so many components needing to be healed alongside the physical, like emotional, spiritual and mental, so holistic treatments work best for me.
