I suffer with terrible anxiety too. And I find chilling out trying to become calm and relaxed. Somewhere you feel safe and comfortable. I used to get repetitive thoughts syndrome and needed something to fill the silence. But I've started manifesting and becoming mindful and expressing my gratitude to the universe and trusting inthe process ÿ
Ask your doctor for a short course of diazepam. Or even Pregablin that's what I take but they are addictive. I'm not condoning using medication but if someone is feeling so sad and anxiety is ruining their lives then it's better than having no quality of life.

I want this anxiety to go away. I'm not even sure why it even showed up 7 years ago. I'm on medication but I still suffer from it and I'm angry about it. It's taken so much of my freedom away. I am fearful about driving which makes me so sad. My husband is furious with me saying I'm not the woman he married. Like I chose this! He's so disappointed in me and I am also of myself.
