It's powerful and still works. Additionally, if you are in bed, relaxing you are more open and receptive at that time, even if you fall asleep. Follow your intuition, watch more of his videos, and try it out. Which way feels better to you?

I have chills. I was JUST telling my husband this morning how something feels incredibly off with me because for the past two days, all I want to do is sleep. I’ve given a great deal of my energy away, to someone specific, who has only taken and not given. She is no longer in my life. It is not easy, but for my health, I have released her and begun the process of recovering.

I only recently started watching these videos and I really want to watch them, but, every time I just can not keep my eyes open to watch, its as if I'm hypnotised and I promptly fall asleep regardless of what time of day it is.
