Love the fact that you shoot with the knee up, it keeps people’s heads far away from the mat and keeps them out of any jeopardy.

It was the way I was originally taught. Different to the freestyle wrestling approach but as you said, it provides a higher base to make the move bigger and safer.

Your videos are awesome.... sooo informative. Not sure if you take suggestions, but would you consider doing a tutorial on how to do an effective crossface? I'm training and my coach has asked me to look into this for a research exercise.
