I think the answer is it depends! Some are born leaders because of the inherent traits from their parents. While some learn from mistakes and if they have a desire to become a leader then they definitely go for it and find their way. Experience , learning and your decision to lead go hand in hand and makes you what is called L- Lead with E- Efficiency A- Approach to D- Decide and develop E- Emergency R- Response system.
