these three are pretty good and valuable skills for everybody because i think everyone can be a leader at some point in a different situations and what is the most important is that you have to be a leader of your own life.

I humbly appreciate this. We must learn to stand up and train those who are standing on the left of us and standing on the right of us and serving yet and are hardly paid though they show effective leadership and are change makers and abiding by principles and laws of nature.

Telling your staff that you have no idea is not courage...it's stupidity...and it brings absolutely no confidence or inspiration from your staff, in particular risk jobs like police and military.
Correct, saying you have no idea and then derping around is stupid. But not because you said you have no idea, because you keep derping. Telling your staff you don't know how to do something, and then finding out how or getting feedback from the team absolutely builds trust.
