Developed by Eurocom and published by Activision, GoldenEye 007: Reloaded was released for Xbox 360 in November, 2011. GoldenEye 007: Reloaded is a remastered version of the Wii game and it's a remake of a classic. It's also as average as they come in a sea of first-person shooters. But it's not terrible.

I loved this game. I think it gets a worse rep than it deserves. They did a good job modernizing the formula of choice and level depth based on difficulty settings.
Dude, watch more Bond movies.
Say what you will about this game as a remake, but it still looks gorgeous. Shame there's no PC version, getting a physical 360 version is a nightmare >_

I played it on Wii a few months ago using a libriairy copy by fluke I found the 360 edition for 3 bucks at a half price book store so I picked it up and it looks gorgeous
I own GoldenEye 007: Reloaded since day one and the online has almost always been desert. Also the absence of bots for local multiplayer is unforgivable.
Still a good classic fps though.
Buy the Wii version that place is filled up on Wii
Doctor Gordon They "technically" had a offline bot mode. Just play the challenge mode and play the elimination maps. You can change the settings to your liking and blast away bots for hours.
This game is very nostalgic for me. And the online multiplayer was surprisingly very fun on the WII
Bloodstone is my favourite bond game totally underrated
That and Everything or Nothing (which I never finished). I'd like to try From Russia With Love.

You should really play Everything or Nothing. That game was my childhood and it not only uses the likeness of Pierce Brosnan, he did voice work for the game I wanna see a review of that game I would appreciate that and I enjoy this channel
I really wish there was a PC version of this. Sure, its a product of its time, but I kind of remember the hype and anticipation surrounding this game's original Wii release, and I thought the game was pretty decent. Would love to play it again sometime, preferably on PC, but I might just suck it up and order a PS3 copy
EA and Rare 007 games are the best, but once Activision got their greedy hands on it .... Just like they say once your a Activision developer you are also Cod Developer and they literally made mostly every game play and look like CoD.
I didn't know this game existed until now. I wish it was on PC though. BTW you have great taste in games man.
A neighbor kid who used to lived in my neighborhood had an Xbox360 with games like GTAIV,Cod:WAW and this game,its a blast seeing him playing because i sucked at console games

i remember when I was 9 and got this for the wii i played the hell out of this game and I thought that the multiplayer mode was decent and used to play golden gun or just made up rules as me and my friends went along in the multi player I value this game high as it introduced me to the fps genre and I still have the game
I've never played the 007 games but still watch all these videos , there's something about these games that make them special even if they look like cod clones on the surface

Damn, for a console game released in 2010, the female facial modelling (at 1:45, for instance) can be gorgeous.
Thanks for doing this. I think this one really gives fans of the film and the game short shrift but overall looks like a halfway decent shooter. I would suggest tackling Everything or Nothing which is probably the best Bond game overall and its quasi-sequel the re-envisioning of From Russia With Love.
But do watch the rest of the original series!😬
6:10 Seems kinda obvious here: the shooting animations are anemic as hell. Instead of the gun actually kicking back it just sits there in your hands, like a limp fish. Strange since the reloading animations look really good, Bond even keeps the mags if he has any rounds left.

I do remember Split-Screen in both the Wii and Reloaded versions being extremely good.

This game really wasn't all that bad and faithful in some aspects
im kinda hoping you'll take a look at Goldeneye: Rouge Agent because I think at the time, people expected it to be the spiritual successor to the N64 classic and when it wasn't that, people judged it unfairly without looking at its own pros and cons

This was a great Daniel Craig era Bond game. Not a great Goldeneye.
I didn't like the Film but Goldeneye was literally *the* Game after I played it the first time. I didn't play it on the original N64 though.
This game doesn't have any sense nostalgia or the same formula of the OG GoldenEye 64.
This game was my entire middle school years in a damn nutshell lmao. And as a gigantic 007 freak i freaking love this game to this day! Easily one of my favorite 360 games of all time and just flat one of my favorite video games period. Now yes its notably flawed and contrived and a pain that they didn't keep the original movie cast from the 1995 movie/1997 game but any bond fan will forgive that and enjoy the game.
How can you judge them quality of a 007 game if you are not familiar with 007 or 007 games?

It's not GoldenEye but rather Call of Duty reskinned. They should have made it like Perfect Dark. GoldenEye X (a Perfect Dark mod) is what it should have been.

Blood Stone is my favorite ,because it reminds me of Bourne's Conspiracy game and this game was a blast to play

well if you can't wait for a remake in the future then you can get a emulator called "1964" that let you play the original version but with a mouse and keyboard injector, it's not native support but the closest you can get and it plays like any othe pc fps control wise. Plus you can get custom made maps and stuff too. :edit i just looked it up and it is a modded version of the 1964 emulator but still better than nothing.
They recreated the multiplayer on the source engine btw
I really liked the campaign to this game, as well as 4 player split screen mode. I spent a lot of hours blasting away AI bots in the challenge mode with the funny ragdoll mode on.
I played the wii version a lot and the multiplayer is still a good time with my brothers.
I played some of this on the Wii because I wanted to see how the Wii handled FPS games and I thought it worked ok.
How have they not made a third person Bond game for this gen?? Splinter cell style mixed with deux ex rpg elements would be sick.
Loved this game while I was younger. If I saw it at a thrift store or something I'll have to pick it up. It's generic and dumb but I remember having fun with it

I've heard that the Wii version is the superior version, and this and 007 Legends were bad.
The wii version has more charm for sure. I prefer it over the reloaded versions.
Are people still playing online in the Wii port or was that shut down?
@@DieHardjagged last time I checked, official servers at Activision's end were still up. You can also play on homebrew 3rd party connections.

Sorry but the Wii version is better than the PS3 Xbox360 version. Only difference is the Wii got more players than The reloaded version. The PS3 and Xbox 360 MP is Dead.
Reloaded has MI6 Ops. PS3 version supports Move.
