Not all hero’s wear capes. If it wasn’t for guys like you around the world fixing shit all day life would be much much harder. As they say in Devon proper job my lovely
would be cool sometimes to have a second camera looking at the outlet drain, and show it picture-in-picture as you're cleaning out the drain. Would be interesting to see the initial splash out of the clog coming through the pipe.
I was feeling inspired by you today, got out my snow shovel and went for a walk and cleared all the curb cuts around my block after that 12" of snow yesterday. Everyone clears their sidewalks and no one bothers with the curb cuts and crosswalks
This but for real! A boot company, a rain jacket company, get all the sponsors. We dont mind some product placement as long as it's not a long two minute in-video ad
Did anyone else notice how quickly that rake got back into shape when Post 10 said "come on!". Post never has to be stern with his rake but when he is, it listens!

You do a good job for your community. We need more people like you who cares about the well being and safety of people. Be careful and have a good holiday
I love how he says "That's where the water is coming out where we just cleared." Makes the viewer feel part of the action! Thanks, but all the credit goes to you, bud! 👍
You continue to put up great content every post. You never fail to teach a lesson on the construction of a culvert or a tour guide for your area. Thanks again for all the time you spend.

I no understand why you do not open the shores on the road. Pine leaves pass through. With no damage. I think this idea will save you time and hard work. A big fan of your work. Patricko. Ireland
Another very impressive video post 10! It's nice watching you clear these flooded streets and drainage pipes. Beautiful scenery of the river most definitely!
Thank you for being a great person! You'll probably never know the people you saved from hydroplaining. If everyone did some good deeds, instead of just complaining, this world wld be a better place.
I've been silently watching your channel from the shadows. I have to say I'm very impressed and I have never been more inspired! you have a wonderful channel you're a wonderful human being and you're doing a wonderful thing!
It's really cool hearing your narration of how you see the world, how you track things and understand things I wouldn't even look at, like the bunched up leaves meaning something, I would have just seen leaves lol. Nice vid Post
Great video! Can’t believe the town/city doesn’t clean the leaves off of the street. Our town makes daily trips around neighborhoods and uses a giant vacuum & mulch machine for the leaves. Keep up the great work!
I love these road flood videos best. I liked it when you put the camera down so we could see what you were doing as well as the wider picture of the water level going down.
Do you not have Street sweepers over there? Most councils in the UK have them, and around the time of November when all the leaves have fallen, they go around and sweep up the leaves from the pavements and get rid of them. I see them all the time through November/December in almondbury. They'll even rake up leaves from the parks.
Thank you for bringing us this excellent video. I am sure that what you do for the people is much appreciated, I certainly appreciate the videos and information you bring us. I hope you have a merry Christmas.
I often wonder - why is it so satisfying to watch you unclog these drains? You obviously love your job and you get to travel while doing it. Seems your company equips you good and i hope you are getting paid well.
yo post 10, I recommend you buy a "thrunite catapult v6" flashlight for when you're inspecting culvert drain pipes. it doesnt get too hot to handle on high mode and projects the beam a long long way but still fits in your pocket. Would really enhance the videos. Good luck to you.
Tell you what, live in Lincolnshire UK. We could do with you on the roads here!!! Fields mainly crops and side drains always getting blocked!!!! You'd make a fortune!!!!!!!
you need to bring a metal leaf rake along with your garden rake, it will make things so much easier on you......good job looking out for your community
Thank you post for teaching me about good samaritianism and model citizenship
You're very welcome, but I don't do it for the accolades.
Seconded.
Not to mention good drain design
Why do you need someone else to show you how to be a decent human
But like for real, this guy makes me want to buy a rake and rubber boots and do this. I also want to pick up trash again and actually motivated to
3:24 "That WE just cleared" - I'm glad I could help you out by not standing in the way.
That's the 'royal' we...
In New England we say “we” when we’re talking about ourselves for some reason.

That would be fun. Great idea 💡!
Probably looks like me after a long dry spell
Totally was going to make the same comment! It would also be cool to see a time lapse of the flooding going down as well.

I was feeling inspired by you today, got out my snow shovel and went for a walk and cleared all the curb cuts around my block after that 12" of snow yesterday. Everyone clears their sidewalks and no one bothers with the curb cuts and crosswalks
And fire hydrants even more importantly. I walked down with my shovel and checked ours.
Well done
I wish I could have snow in my front yard haha
Most small towns sidewalks are maintained by the city. I know in Bozeman your only responsible for your driveway and front steps.
@@Starshipstoner I live in Boston, its a big city but sidewalks are the responsibility of the abutter, not the city, here
You should seek sponsorship from a rake company.
This but for real! A boot company, a rain jacket company, get all the sponsors. We dont mind some product placement as long as it's not a long two minute in-video ad
As long as its not a retail outlet like home depot or something.. all the stuff they sell is cheap garbage designed to die in a week.
A rake company with handles so smooth you don't need to wear gloves for protection. No slivers. No roughness.
Cameras and their attachments for clothing
In the meantime we should all hit up his teespring merch page and give him a good holiday. Who's with me? :-)
Entertaining as always many thanks. Chris from England.
You know its a big job when he puts the camera down and uses both hands!
Great work again mate
post 10.
The unsung hero.
The hero we didn't ask for. But the hero we all needed. Thank you for continuously clearing up the drains when others dont.
Love your videos, look forward to all your content. You have a beautiful dog.
Did anyone else notice how quickly that rake got back into shape when Post 10 said "come on!". Post never has to be stern with his rake but when he is, it listens!
Oak leaves are so beautiful. Rare up here. But they sure are plentiful
Another awesome video. Always quality content from Post 10. Merry Christmas from the UK.
No one asked for this but we all enjoyed this very much... 🖖🏼

This dude is a legend and one heck of a guy! He's doing more work than most of the MDOT
Still is; he does more for the state of Maine than at _least_ 60% of their DoT.
Nice to see the rake in action again
Great work as always Captain Drain-o. A nation thanks you.
We need to get this guy a bodycam.
