Every time I worry about running out of paint, I remember your Himi Miya experiment - lol. It helps keep me in check from stockpiling back ups that I won't need for ages.

How quickly this bag is wearing is why my art bags are backpacks made for hard wear on the trail. And I can fit a standard water bottle and my travel tripod in the elastic side pockets. Critical.

Wow! I JUST finished part one, would never expect a followup this soon! I wasn't impressed by this bag, so I didn't buy it, but I appreciate your dedication. You seem to go on some cool trips, too!

You're really getting some great use out of the bag - I haven't used my little one at all yet, lol. My big bag has had a workout though, carrying around all of my laptop stuff to and from my Dad's place. So much for using it as an art bag though! 🙃

I used my big one for class this week and it's kind of narrow for an art bag. But it worked both days, so there's that. I like all the pockets on the front. I could use even more, though, ironically. My tablet also fit with my art stuff, but I packed light. 🙃

Miranda, there's something bad ass about you with shades and off-roading! Like you talk so gently but once you're out in the open, you hang with the best of them! 👏 👏 👏

Hi Miranda, I didn't get notified even when I did a UA-cam search. Thank you for sharing. I like the looks of the bag. It reminds me of the paint designs Jazza had on one of his walls. But the price is rather spendy.

Um, that was terrifying to watch, but it's good to know that his bag will survive a car barrell roll, lol!!! I'm so glad you were all okay - that looks really fun and frightening all at once!

Oh I didn't realise until the end it wasn't your car that rolled. So glad the car occupants we're okay though!!

Miranda, you could get a clip on water bottle pouch maybe? Let’s hope that stitching holds up for you.

Wow, that off-road stuff is rough. Glad you took the bag along for a true test, but it sure is a different activity than watercoloring, haha! I hope your beautiful border collie is ok, did you say he/she cut a paw? Take care!

Yes, he cut his pad and had to get a few stitches and a bandage. He's doing great, though. Tough guy.

Yes, a water bottle space would be great. In the meantime, perhaps you can find a flat small one that can fit there. I repurposed a very small flat bottle that was from hair conditioner -flat, white and water tight. Perhaps you can find something similar? Thanks for the updated review!

Unfortunately mine broke, the hook where the strap hooks on. Well the sowing came undone. I can no longer use mine in backbag mode nor strap mode. It also affected the zipper. It did not last from normal use. Not even a year, i loved the small bag.

That's such a bummer. I have the small bag with me on my current trip and I've used it twice over the last 19 days. Still holding up okay so far, fingers crossed. I accidentally forgot the backpack straps at home, though, so that made me sad because I really could have used them. Oh well, next time!

@MirandaWatsonArt something stuff I did that helped out with movements.
      - To run with the small bag, use the small straps and make an X with it. It reduces the bounce and feels better to run if needed.
      - if you don't want to bring the long single trap, just hook both small ones together, if those are the only ones you brought, they can be places in similar length as the single longer one.
