Like the video and your review of this sweet looking bow, I had an 05 Bowtech Allegiance 80# model and honestly the draw cycle wasn’t that horrible. I was getting arrow speeds of 313 feet per second at 29” of draw length and a 2419 Easton aluminum arrow at 26” with a 100 grain field point or broadhead. I used it for hunting and indoor spot leagues and I shot a 297 score but I had 60# limbs put on for the spot league and I shot it maxed out either way

the arrow itself is 480...thats heavy as hell. anything over 425 is STUPID for the arrow itself. even the 370fps PSE they say anything more than 425 is useless and just slows it down

Bow tech only makes parts for each model for ten years. If you have a bow older than ten years with an active warranty, they offer you a newer model at a discounted price. I have dealt. With this in the past. Mathews will get you parts for any of there bows, as long as you are the original owner and your bow was registered for warranty when purchased. Elite use to have the best warranty they even honored warranty on bows purchased second hand. Not sure if it’s still that way.

Should be called the SR330....because even with the performance mods...that is all it is getting....ibo is WAY off on this bow...and most new bows this year. Too bad they didn't all be honest about that stuff. Same with the weight....give us the weight how the bow comes to us....not with literally everything stripped off of the bow. Mathews with their draw length that is anywhere from 3/8 to 1/2 longer than they claim....why can't ANY of these companies just be honest...Hoyt is as close as any with their speeds...but they also don't use IBO, but still hit their speeds ...all of them are full of crap about the weight of their bows....what happened to honest product representation....oh wait....that has NEVER been a thing....

Ok. My BTX 31 is rated at the same speed as this new 2022 SR350 but actually does the exact same speed behind a chrono as the RPM 360... anyways this new SR350 is 2" axle to axle longer, with a draw length that only goes to 30" mine goes to 31" weight: BTX 31 4.2 SR350 4.4 draw weight: both get to 70lbs and brace height even a bit more forgiving at 6.25" for the BTX 31 over 6" for the SR350. So my question is for anybody? why should I even spend the money on a new bow when my 2017 still out competes the new ones, well at least on the spec sheets

  • @JP-ey6ow

But that's before you get to the valley. I don't mention a change in the valley because there is none. There's a 2% difference in letoff. I couldn't feel that difference.
