Day 3 HIIT Strength | Leg HIIT Workout + Abs Circuit Training

- Elevate your fitness game with this dynamic Leg HIIT Workout and Abs Circuit! Tone your lower body, torch calories, and carve those abs. Get ready to sweat and shine!
You’ll need a moderately heavy set of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
How it’s done: There are 2 x Lower-body Circuits to complete. 30 secs work/10 secs rest with a 20 sec power move immediately following each exercise
