Ingredients 🍮
[Sheet] Square fan 26x26
3 egg whites
3 egg yolks
120g sugar
0.5 g salt
1t vanilla
100g cake flour
40g milk
30g butter
[Cream] 3 square cookie jars
120g fresh cream + 10g sugar
120g cream cheese + 20g sugar, 10g milk
1 cup of espresso shot + 20g sugar
A little cocoa powder
