i like to remember that, we are all from the same source, i.e we all live in the same world. if creativity is in the room and coming from someone else, its also coming because you are there, you are also helping to draw it out. they are just the source for the material result of the creativity that day. you get to witness it, play with it and marvel at it. believe in everyone in the room.
