These are some really solid choices. I've played most of them on my i3 hd620 laptop.
Not open world but if u haven't tryed prince of Persia check it out its a very good game

DX9 isn't a GPU, it's an API so DX9 can be an RTX 3090... please be specific with the GPU

From this comments i came at an conclusion that my pc is an decent pc
Specs:
Intel i3 10th gen
8gb ram
1tb HDD and 256gb SSD
GeForce GT730 4gb graphics card(it's an 4gb graphic card but performace is like an 2gb one)
Windows 10
Thats it
It runs Minecraft at average 30-40fps
GTA v at 20-25fps

Ok i have some laptop with integrated insides an to my expectation it can run far cry 2 on mid so t ram is something about 2GB dual core and some other shitty components and it can run even a all cod games from the firs one to the mw4 and black ops so its a low end gaming beast 😅😅

Intel Pentium B960 2.20 GHz
6GB RAM (kisi kaam ka nhi)
Intel HD Graphics (Pata Nhi konsa hai shyd 4000)
DirectX 9 pe atka hua hai kitna bhi koshish karlun Update hi nhi hota..
Even Windows bhi abhi update hona band ho gaye hai..
But Still kuch games run ho jaate lowest settings mein..
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (Laggs sometimes Fps-15-20)
Just Caue 2 ( Stutter Lag)
CS:GO Legacy Version ( 60-80 FPs still FPS drops)
Minecraft (No Animation Lowest setting possible 30-40 fps)
I don't really buy games i just crack them so can't even use the Lag Optimizer Application🥲
