I changed my diet years ago where I only ate meat and vegies, meat being mostly beef. The first thing I noticed is although my meals were largish, I would only eat about one meal a day. People who see me now think I work out which is funny because I'm nearly 50 and haven't worked out for many many years.
Isn't it crazy how simply changing what you eat changes how you look and feel?? Thanks for sharing

Why I think I’m always hungry, don’t eat enough protein. 😢 Later starving and make bad choices.

Can you tell us your approximate diet that achieves 60 g of protein?
Sure, I'm currently following a macro plan of 160g of protein, 255g carbs, and 50g fat, which totals to be roughly 2110 calories each day, though those numbers were calculated for me and wouldn't work for anyone. Is that what you're asking?
