    I never thought about this, that using a movie reference for an animation not only give you the correct motion but also effectively tell you how many keyframes each segment needs for the timing to look natural... so useful.. and neat Cascadeur now have this feature to import a movie

    I saw a feature in Cascadeur, where it takes your video and does the IK animation for you.
    I’ll look into it, Cascadeur is really leaving the competition behind

    How did you split the view? Nvm. You press the space bar - in case anyone needed that.

    Another question. When I try to move a joint my character snaps back into place. How do I move each joint independently?

    • @AronNemeth95
      @AronNemeth95  11 місяців тому

      You need to set a key for the track where the joint is located. If you want to key joints independently you need to put them on separate tracks.

    Subscribed, Thank you for this Tutorials it's Awsome. Any chance you can make a proper way to do animation with sword while switching hands ? pleaaase

      I think switching hands will be easier when parent switching will be implemented. It might already come with the next release from what I have seen.
      For now I think it can be with constraints but I haven't tried it yet.

    I came here to see actual backflips so I don't go insane from all the HORRENDOUS backflips in animation and movies, looking at you "into the spider-verse" shudder
