    Since I've been watching your channel, I've noticed how much "specific" info you push out that differentiates from other info that comes to light. Prepping a tool-box right now. Love the baits you provided, as well.

    What’s funny is I just mopped up on my honey hole catching 15 smallies between 2-4pounds (some smaller) on the Mohawk River in upstate Ny, on SOLELY the GLF sneaky underspin with a 3.5” Gp/ chartreuse spunk shad, the next day I went out not expecting a bite- and didn’t get one TIL I threw a Okashira screwhead> 3” purple haze Spark Shad. I believe some were the same fish and everyone says they won’t bite a lure twice that quick/ i pulled another 7 that night out with SOLELY the okashira spark combo.. and I only fished from 5-7 or so both nights, just a short time on the water on my favorite rock pile away from the main channel. And all on the 7’0 MLFS Tatula XT > Daiwa Regal 2500Lt Xh-D b. Such a sick finesse combo and can handle absolute giants. I ordered both of mine from you

    Absolutely loved this video and my Flyssa is becoming my favourite Rod. I was throwing spybaits and sneaky underpins with drop minnow. Gotta try this bait. What size weight hook are the Okashira heads. Thanks so much for sharing and educating on bait design action how to fish it rig it fish it applications. Your videos are top notch.

    Asking for feedback is brilliant.
    This format is good - are you trying to keep it a certain length though? I think a big mistake some orgs make is add a lot length to videos for few topics. Generally your videos are the perfect length for the amount of content shared.

    I really love the okashira, but I like a 3.5 keitech ez shiner. Only problem with the okashira screwhead is you must superglue the rubber grommet before you use it

    Dope video just placed my first of many orders with you guys. Super informative video and yes the p5 flyssa is a killer. I just got some new rods this week but plan on getting some reels for them so another order may be on the way 😂.

    I fell in love with the okishira screw head fishing it with the 3” spark shad in huio! I wish they had it in a 1/4 ounce but maybe it would affect the body roll?

    • @Tacklebrosfishing
      @Tacklebrosfishing  Місяць тому +1

      I’ve often wished they have 1/4 also but fairly easy to count down. 💪

    Great video. Do you tie with a swivel to your leaders or do you use an Alberto type knot? I use the almight with the 6lb drenan lead (drenan steelhead fishing leader line for 25 years). Hoping the next one has more fishing action in it as well. Cheers

    • @Tacklebrosfishing
      @Tacklebrosfishing  Місяць тому

      I use Albright if I’m being a bit lazy I will go to the FG if it’s more of a serious setting. No swivels I tend to run very long leaders so I need the knot to fit in the guides ! Drenan is great line

      Don’t do it. Get a 7’6 ML fast that bends to the handle and use it for Hair, Underspins, Neko and Spybaits. Much more versatile of a rod. Basically get the AGS Daiwa Tatula.

    Why 13 lb beaded for this application and not 8 lb also how long of a leader are you using ?

    • @Tacklebrosfishing
      @Tacklebrosfishing  Місяць тому +1

      Personal preference on the braid and with Almighty it’s closer to maybe 9-10lbs. For leader I go long usually 10ft a lot of the water we fish is ultra clear.

      @@Tacklebrosfishing Okay Thanks ! At what length after catching fish/changing baits do you cut and re-tie a fresh 10 ft leader ?
