It's great... mostly. I'm going to guess that the 0 tonic return at the end was intentional. Also, the high bits in the larger sections were a little "contrasty" and slightly annoying when listening. They distract from the great melody. So just reflect on those, and you have a great piece!
@@AstonJMusique Yes! Returning to the origin of the song at the end was intentional! Did it sound too off? Also I agree with the high notes, I just try to make the song sound more full by having different octaves playing at the same time, and I wasn’t sure if having the higher notes made it sound better or worse. But I definitely will be experimenting with that in the future. Thanks! 🐸
@@ChillingFrog It’s definitely not in my writing style (which is definitely not a bad thing) and it took me off guard. I think a return to the tonic without the waltz could give a better feel to the piece because it’s beautiful.
Amazing work!
This sounds great! There are bits to be tuned here and there but overall it’s a good song!
@theexplosive1062 Yeah I noticed that too, for some reason there were some chords or notes I just couldn’t quite find the right placement for :(

@@AstonJMusique Thank you for all the feedback, it really helps :) I'll definitely keep these things in mind for future projects!
sounds great, but why is the background in 4/4?
@@dapotatoguy2270 I’ve just gotten used to it to be honest, I didn’t really notice the bars when making it 🐸
