To know how chef put the vada in oil, please check at around 6:15 minutes in 0.25x speed (slower) and you can see how he puts the hole in the vada before dropping it in inside the oil. He was super quick , so watch it in slow speed.

Sir, Usually we did vada and payasam on amavasai days. This time I tried your receipe. It comes very good, light in weight and crispy. Very tasty too. But my usual receipy adding black pepper and salt only while grinding without adding any other things is getting more votes in my family.

Usually we did vada and payasam on amavasai days. This time I tried your receipe. It comes very good, light in weight and crispy. Very tasty too. But my usual receipy adding black pepper and salt only while grinding without adding any other things is getting more votes in my family.

Hello sir...yenga family ye unga fan especially my mom and me neraya dish try panirukom...athula medu vada romba special...bcoz neraya time vada try panniruken but oil kudichurum or hard ah irukum or vada correct ah poda varathu so nenga sonna mathiriye onions, pepper.....yethum illama(grinder) try pannen...semma ya crispy ya vanthathu .....yennoda kid usual ah vada sapda matan (healthy nu sonnalum😂)but today romba virumbi saptan .....all credit goes to you sir ... thank you for your wonderful recipes🙏🙏😊
