I had my sons wedding at M conventions on feb 14 th this year, keerai vadai of Bhat sir was such a great hit and very crisp. When we went to meet him and discuss the wedding menu, he was so respectful and grounded , when simple suggestions were given he took them seriously and till date all ppl who attending the wedding r talking about him and his team - We straight came to fix M conventions fr Bhat sir ‘s food only - as we had lot of overseas guests - he ensured all menus were made acc to our requirement. Yesterday i had tried your recipe with french épinard, really nice and easy to do, thank u and to yours's DAD.

Such type of owners of high class udupi style vegetarian hotels sitting in the cash counter at the entrance with the nice aroma of the cooked morning breakfast food mixed with the finest filter coffee when you enter their premises early in the morning is extremely rare to find these days.
