very obsessed with these. thanks for them, pls don't stop
As a Dodger fan, I was devastated to see Kemp and Puig get traded but it was awesome to see Kemp come back in 2018 and I got to see Kyle Farmer’s 1st hit, a walk off double against the Giants. Alex Wood came back and helped out in 2020 and we all know about Jeter Downs and Mookie. Love these videos!
Man was I sad to see kemp leave. Him coming back in ‘18 was a return to form for him.
Definitely becoming one of my favorite channels on here with these trade trees. Great video
Except the part about reliving that Mookie trade
I would count Mookie's extension as part of the trade value. When they leave in FA or retire is when I would stop with them. Great job. It shows how multiple moves are connected and I love that
Yeah I was on the fence about whether to include it. Ended up deciding this way since the Dodgers already won by so much, but I’m thinking I’ll use your rule going forward - meaning for someone like Aaron Judge, who actually hit free agency but came back, his tree would end when he hit free agency, but Mookie would count for the Dodgers since he signed before free agency.
@@zeeks23i think in this situation it makes sense too. the reason the red sox got such a bad return is because LA was taking on betts future contract, even though it hadn’t been signed yet.
Awesome video! Would love to see you cover the Royals trade of Zack Greinke and how instrumental it was in the Royals 2015 championship.
Will be doing that one soon! On the Brewers side it actually helped them get Christian Yelich as well.
@@zeeks23 awesome can't wait!!!
I love that Kemp, Wood, and Bauer all played for the Dodgers after the Reds
Kemp was before
Kemp was traded to the Padres in deal that sent Grandal to the Dodgers in 2014.
Great Video! Another one I would like to see would be the Carlos Gomez&JJ Hardy Trade tree that ended up with the brewers getting a lot of value. Another option would be the Reggie Jackson to the Orioles trade that the orioles used to get a lot of key players in their 1983 World Series team.
This channel is so underrated. I hope u get more subs so u can upload more vids are high quality
Very good brake down of a trade I forgot about me being a dodgers fan I never thought of it that way awesome thanks 👍
Requesting a trade tree for the Nick Punto deal from the Red Sox to the Dodgers
I'm almost tempted to make a video on that trade just so I can call it the Nick Punto Trade Tree
Love these trade tree vids
Man these videos are great keep it up.
I love these videos, really hoping you do the JJ hardy tree at some point
You should add the value of the other players in the trade tree as off-set to the total. I.E Alex Verdugo was the major piece in the Betts deal. Keep up nice videos !
Great videos, keep them coming!!
Great breakdown! I miss Kyle Farmer on the Reds severely
Puig being in a bench clearing brawl w the reds as he was traded is still funny to me.
Amir Garrett taking on the entire Pirates dugout and Chris Archer literally getting tossed around 😂
Awesome video
Andrew Friedman out here playing 9 dimensional chess.
Another banger
The dodgers Defiantly won the trade, they got betts and a Ws. As a sox fan growing up it hurts whenever i think about the betts trade. we are suppose to be a big franchise yet ownership is being stingy with homegrown HOF talent.
Do a Paul Goldschmidt
The Reds giving up Gray is regrettable
Do a Nolan Arenado
Dodgers got Mookie because Boston couldn’t resign him so they wanted a return
JESSE CHAVEZ
Homer Bailey was awful lmao
