FALL MUSKY FISHING! Which is better, LIVE BAIT vs RUBBER?
Вставка
- Опубліковано 17 жов 2024
- Today, Dave and I go looking for schools of bait fish. Find the bait in the fall and you find the muskies. Not sure if we are on them, we divide and conquer. Dave sets a sucker rig and I cast tubes, cranks and jig with Bondy Baits. Both are great for fall.
Let's find out who gets more action?

HOT lil' TIKES" lesson Thanks! jd
Thx James! Appreciate that!
Great stuff as always dude! Really interesting comparison video!
Thx for watching! Always fun catching them different ways, especially in the fall!
GREAT TRIP" STUD TIGER-WOW!
Love those tigers!
I wouldn’t leave that bait dangling just close to the surface while netting another fish. It happened multiple times to me that I was not really paying attention and a pike came up and grabbed that lure dangling just above the surface 😅
Haven't had it happen with a bait, but leaving a sucker around the surface while netting, we have had them hit. Good advice though. Should really bring the bait in just to be safe! Thx for watching!
Cool tiger and great breakdown, all your information is valuable Glen.
Thx Mitch! Truly appreciate that from you!
Good video, thanks!
Thx Dean! Always appreciate you stopping in!
Nice fish guys!! Can you really feel the difference with the new boat with how much more fishing space there is?
Can’t wait for the next video😎
Ya the new boat gives us more room to set up and with the new camera mounts we should have better camera angles as well. Thx for watching!
Which chaos rod/length do u guys like for jigging bondys?
Thk!
Good video!!
I would recommend the 9' MOAB or an 8'6" Shock and Awe. I like a fast reel, 7.1:1 or 8.1:1 to really grab the slack when you need it.
Thx for watching!
@@54orbust thank you!
How are you rigging your sucker harness, slip bobber or 3 way rig/bottom bouncer?
How are you liking the new tiller boat?
Pretty tiger.

There is a video on a few live bait tips.
The tiller is great this far! Gonna be a great summer boat!
@@54orbust Thanks
I watched your video link. It was great info, but it didn't answer my question. I'm not asking about the harness itself. I'm asking about how you present the harness to the fish? Are you using a slip bobber or a 3-way swivel with a dropper line for the sinker, or maybe a bottom bouncer sinker?
How are you getting the sucker harness down to whatever depth you want?
@@thelonesomefisherman7425 we build our own weighted short leaders and rarely ever run a bobber.
With the weight we can place the sucker in any depth of water.
And it's the most natural presentation
@@54orbust Thanks. That's the information I was after. I maybe didn't make my question clear the first time.
