@@jonirwin7316 How callous of a remark, this isn't BS TV. The large majority of entrepreneurs who appear on the show have had to go through an extensive audition process just to get on the show (I happen to know a relative of mine that was not able to get on the show after several rounds of interviews/call backs), never mind how much they've put into trying to start their own company/invent their own products and everything that goes into that. Getting on the show is a huge break for these people, and just because sometimes the deals fall through doesn't mean the companies collapse in on themselves. Sometimes things work out, sometimes they don't, but people just have to be aware when watching Shark Tank that there's a whole lot more that goes on behind the scenes than what ends up making it to air.

This was only temporary, however, as the company only earned another $10,000 in sales. With that, evREwares shut down in late 2015
Fact like this hated by Mark Cuban's fans. That's why you got few likes, they won't admit 40-50% Mark Cuban's deal also never went through.

@@tacitus539 I suspect the entrepreneurs had second thoughts about selling the company, perhaps influenced by the initial spike in sales after the episode aired.

They really thought this was a good idea to pitch and even execute? And then low and behold they bombed and went outta business after they accepted the deal on tv and behind the scenes said no.

One of the worst products I've seen in the tank, the only logical explanation is that these women were going to sue Cuban, so to avoid going through a public lawsuit, Cuban suggested they come up with a product so terrible no other Sharks would offer anything and he would buy the company in return for them not taking him to court

He wasn't. The girls could not give it up in the end. So he just stayed on as an advisor despite the deal not getting finished.
They change their minds and decided not to sell they made some good money after it aired I guess it made them big-headed thinking that okay this is a good idea so they decide to keep it as is and they were going to keep marking on it and doing everything but instead the faze stop and no more money came down so they shut down
They haven't learned really nothing they should have just sold it and let it Go I don't know about you but I can do with an extra $100,000 to live off right about now
People complaining about Kevin are boring, he was the most entertaining thing during this pitch and he was just saying what everyone else (besides Mark who was clearly drunk) was thinking

Kev is entertaining. But there’s a humane side to it. Imagine pouring everything you had into something, and now your being asked to give it all up (yes, in exchange for $$$). Yes it can be a ‘stupid’ idea. Yes it can be nonprofitable. Yes it could be a bad pitch. BUT it was still their “baby”. Kevin already said he was out, he didn’t need to add any unnecessary commentary after that…
They should have kept at least 5%
