That really isn't that much in the grand scheme. If a big retailers want $2M-$3M dollar orders at the same time, that's lots of revenue lost.

I don’t think he even needed to take the deal. Dude went from 200,000 sales in a full year to half of that in one month. He’s clearly doing something right without them.

As someone who works in an office and needs help with organizing her ideas, this is A GREAT IDEA! I use 20+ sticky notes per day and I always feel bad wasting
One problem with the product is that it's biggest strength is it's biggest weakness. Sometimes sticky notes are meant never to come back to the person using them. You'd still need disposable ones, and for some people reusable ones wouldn't be worth it.
@@Hotobu 100 percent, but think about it this way. If you implement them in a larger business where they have thousands of these that can be passed around then it could work. Plus doing that would allow a large company to say “we’re going green in x ways” so it depends on the use.
@@caleb131186 ... there's a 0 percent chance of that happening at a large business. Maybe a medium to small one, or a school, but if you've ever worked in a large business you'd know that there's absolutely no way a large business would consider that to be worth the time or the effort.
@@Hotobu when I say large I mean like 25 to 100 employees. Not a Fortune 500 company 😂 I think it’s an option if they buy them wholesale and long term it has the potential to save them money. I’d have to see the cost break down but it is possible. Saying there’s a 0 percent chance is a certainty and if I’ve learned anything in my life is that anything is possible.

I did a little research on this deal and it ended up closing at 11% for $50k. It took almost a year to actually close after filming, and the owner didn't need money so much he just wanted Kevin's business expertise.
Any update on the business overall?
2021 did 2 crowdraisers for stock got $600k. And revenue in 2021 was 3mil.
So they can go back on the deal after it's made on tv. Shady.
Yeah for good reasons. Sometimes people just lie on the show and they discover after... Also, sometimes people change their minds with the sharks
@@8mathdaddy The diffrence is also that on the show they arent allowed to make a deal below what the asking offer was, if u ask for 500k then they have to offer atleast 500k but they can modify the equity but they have to atleast offer the asked money thats why sometimes when u see alot of high asking prices not getting deals because the sharks arent interested in trowing 500k in the bin.
He seems a brillant adhd person who is crawling bravely his way through sharktanks of adversity because of his stamina, good humour and superpowered creativity.
