Ciao from Italy ! First of all I want thank you for all yours videos. they are amazing and let us dream about fishing holidays in your country. Looks like paradise....wilderness and no one around you ...only fishes !!!!
Only one think about the recepit with this fantastic scorpion fish......PLEASE don't use this "maccheroni cheese pasta" sinthetyc🤭😃
Use real spaghetti or linguine !! seasoning for the pasta : olive oil (not butter), scorpion fish, chilli pepper , parsley, salt and let it fade with half a glass of white wine.
Enjoy your dinner in front of a sunset with a cold white wine .....Buon appetito !! 😎🤙

Not always about getting big fish, it’s more about the environment, the solitude and exploring an alien world. Anyone that has never dived will never understand this. Thank you Ollie, nice being on your journey. ❤️

I'd say if you fried the onion and scorpion fish in a bit of butter before adding it to the mac n cheese, you'd be on to a winner. Maybe some bacon cubes too! Yum!

The steep drop offs are perfect for snapper, access to deeper water. Try ghosting down one and sitting against the wall. You'll be surprised. The sunny section of coast opposite where you dived might have been a better spot to find snapper sunning themselves. We used to get a lot of snapper at first light, then we got them later in the day. The reason, we were far more relaxed and diving later in the day! They are where they are. That being said, early morning, last light and the further north you travel, the better.
Good to see you had access to warm food and drinks. Those winter dive days are tough, much shorter duration dives the better. By day 3 you'll be chilling down much quicker!

The boat looks like it has scuppers in the back which is a piece of pipe welded through the back with a short peice of lay flat hose . They're designed to let water out when you get up on the plane and when you come off the plane and the hose goes under water it closes to stop water getting in but they sometimes let a small amount of water in
